Caroline Stanbury showed off the results of her face-lift in a series of Instagram photos on Friday, two weeks after undergoing the surgery that left her looking like she’d ‘been in a car crash’.
In the photos, the 47-year-old reality television personality – who once dated Prince Andrew – celebrated Thanksgiving with her husband, Sergio Carrallo, 29.
The Real Housewives Of Dubai cast member also penned a short message in her post’s caption that read: ‘NEW FACE, NEW ME ♥️ #happythanksgivng Thankful for a lot of things in my life!’
Stanbury added that, at the time the photos were taken, she was on her 14th day of recovery.
She also posed a video of her and Sergio kissing for the camera alongside the defiant caption: ‘Let them talk #facelift’
Caroline revealed last week that she had undergone her face-lift in Los Angeles ‘with no information whatsoever’.

Since returning back to the UK she has appeared on her podcast Uncut and Uncensored with her Spanish husband Carrallo, who’s 18 years her junior.
Footage shared from the podcast on their Instagram last week shows her covering up her face with huge sunglasses as she has her hood up and microphone in front of her.
The socialite admitted on the podcast: ‘I decided to have a face-lift with no information whatsoever. I skipped into that surgery like I was having a mole removed.
‘This is LA – so, unlike other places where you’re sort of taken to hospital and feel like you’re having a medical experience, here you’re taken to a back room of an office just as if you’re having a filler. They put you to sleep and remove your face.
‘I looked like I’d been in a car crash and the car definitely didn’t win.’
Stanbury, who has three children, said of the ordeal with the unnamed doctor: ‘He managed to cut off three inches on my neck and then the full width of my ear from my face.
‘The shape of my face is completely wrong for a human: the top half is wider than the bottom half, and my neck is too thick. I have stitches at the front and back of my ear and on my eyelids.’
She explained why she went under the knife: ‘I wanted to look exactly like me but fresh.

Difficult: Stanbury’s husband also penned a lengthy message during which he recalled that seeing his wife come out of surgery was ‘probably one of the hardest moments of my life’; Stanbury is seen in 2015

‘I did my upper lip, my eyelids, where they take off the excess skin because I’m 47. I did lower neck, and my neck is so tight right now.
‘I really thought it was a half face-lift and I only had one appointment and paid the money.’
She said of the results: ‘There is no sign of my face in that face – which is petrifying. I wanted to sue my doctor because when you slightly look at your face everything is in the wrong place.
‘Obviously after surgery, things swell differently, on each side, nothing looks even, and my neck doesn’t move so it’s like a tree trunk.’
Sergio said he’s been left distraught after her surgery.
‘There are two wives – the one last week and the wife this week – I don’t recognise her,’ he said.
‘It was the worst experience of my life. I was crying; I was trying to look for her and find my wife.’
He adds: ‘Mentally and emotionally, I’ve been on the floor. No words can describe how much I’m suffering looking at my wife.
‘I don’t want my wife to look fake, I want her to look natural.’
Caroline, who was previously married to Turkish businessman Cem Habib, said she was also moved to tears.
‘When he was crying, I started crying, but my tears were blood. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done and no one prepares you for it.’
Despite her distressing ordeal, she hopes there’ll be light at the end of the tunnel.
She said: ‘They say, by day 11 I should feel more human. My girlfriends that have done it said I’ll feel a lot more like me.’
The Bravo star’s husband shared a video documenting his wife’s experience of receiving her facelift on his Instagram on Thursday.
The video began with Carrallo, 29, sitting in his car while waiting for his spouse’s surgery to conclude, and he also shared his reaction after seeing her post-procedure for the first time.
The reality television personality’s spouse also included several clips from the first few days after the surgery, during which Stanbury’s face and neck were bandaged up.
He then shared clips that had been taken while his wife adjusted to her new look and underwent various post-surgical procedures.
Carrallo concluded his video by showing off his spouse’s visage during the latter stages of her healing process.
Stanbury’s husband also penned a lengthy message during which he recalled that seeing his wife come out of surgery was ‘probably one of the hardest moments of my life.’
‘Seeing the person that you love with all your heart suffering and in pain how she was…it was very hard,’ he added.
Carrallo then revealed that, although he objected to the procedure, he was committed to backing up his wife in whatever she chose to do.
‘As a husband I will always support her and be here for her and as much as I was against it, she really wanted to do it. So, I was there for her, supporting and helping her day to day,’ he wrote.
