Bulldogs star Chris Grant has sold his waterfront property in Melbourne for the record-breaking price of $8million.
The footy player, 50, listed the lavish propertyin August for between $8 – $8.8million and quickly found a buyer, reports realestate.com.au.
The Victorian native has made a huge profit on the sale, as he purchased the property in 2010 for $4million.
The house’s exquisite combination of stylish architecture, breathtaking oceanside views and desirable location made it particularly attractive to buyers.
The two storey property has four bedrooms, chic French windows, a spacious living room and a heated swimming pool.

It is located in the popular beachside suburb of Williamstown, just four kilometres from the Whitten Oval in Footscray, where Grant once trained with his Bulldogs teammates.

The sale breaks the record for the price paid on a Williamstown home, blitzing the previous record of $7.35m for a nearby house sold in 2021.
Chris is somewhat of a legend of the game after a 17-year career which included playing 341 games.
He was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2012.
The footballer is now seeing his daughter, Isabella, 21, follow in his footsteps after her debut at the club.
