Brandi Glanville gave a raw health update with her disfiguring skin condition by revealing that her face has ‘melted away’ and is ‘worse than ever.’

The TV personality, 52 – who has been candid about the ongoing search for the cause of her health crisis – took to X on Thursday to emotionally admit that she is ‘f***ing miserable’ and needs a ‘change’ in her life.

‘I’ve been faking it,’ the star wrote to her followers. ‘I’m f***ing miserable. My best friend’s been in the ICU for2 weeks & isn’t getting better.

‘My face is worse than ever. It’s literally melted away. When drs at cedars put me on IV antibiotics & fungal medication I was getting better I looked normal but I couldn’t afford to stay on them.’

Glanville then explained that she, ‘was forced to see drs outside my insurance because the drs at Kaiser had no clue. I need my life to change. That is my real life health update.’

Earlier this week, Brandi gave another update after plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow took four biopsies from her face.

In the comment section of a recent Instagram post that showed the reality star inside a studio, a fan questioned: ‘So what did your biopsy report say? What is the treatment?’

The media personality responded with, ‘no cancer but the cultures take six weeks to grow so no news yet but [fingers crossed emoji].’

Glanville has previously suggested that the cause was due to ‘parasites’ in her face but Dubrow disagreed and offered to help treat the Real Housewives star.

Late last month in February, Brandi was seen using a small red light device on her face amidst filming her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast with co-host James Maas.

She was seen rolling the device on her neck while talking as red lights shone on to her skin. It is not known what the device is or what it is used for.

However, Brandi did reveal that her use of the red light device is relating to her mystery skin condition during a recent Instagram Live.

When a fan asked her if the ‘worm’ was gone, after she said it could be an infection or parasite, she replied: ‘The worm is not gone, that is why I’m using this [device].’

During her latest podcast episode, she also told how she ‘really needs’ the device and has to give it back soon.

Late last year in December, Brandi appeared on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast and admitted that she has been suffering from ‘deep depression’ amid her battle with the mysterious skin condition.

‘The pain is more mental than anything, because I have been hiding and going through a deep, deep depression. Even if I could work now, at this point, I couldn’t. So it’s just been a really rough two years for me.’

She added at the time that she was also on antibiotics – which she had briefly stopped and caused the skin on her face to ‘sink in.’

Glanville said, ‘I prefer [my face] when it’s a little swollen, to be honest. When it’s only swollen on one side, it’s not great. But the sinking in thing is killing me slowly, because I just feel like I look like a crackhead.’

The TV personality said that she sometimes will wear a ‘mask’ around her sons and explained, ‘They would try and calm me down and say I look normal and fine, but I knew better.

‘I honestly scared them a couple times. They were like, “What is happening?” [My face] went from being like really fat and swollen to now, like, sinking in.’

Brandi added that she wants to know what is causing her facial disfigurement ‘so desperately.’

She said, ‘You could do anything you want to me, and I’d be okay with it. I’ve had days of looking normal, not weeks. I wish. But it comes and goes.’

She then stated, ‘Whenever I get the chills, it’s generally an infection.

‘Then I start having the ticking in my ear, and then whatever’s in my face, moving around, started moving around again. And it starts sinking in again.’

Late last month, Brandi’s doctor Terry Dubrow gave her fans an update on her health amid her concerning skin condition.

He told Us Weekly that Brandi had undergone tests, but it would still be some time before the results were in to help narrow down what she might be suffering from.

Dr Dubrow last month took ‘four biopsies’ from her face as he works to get her a proper diagnosis.

‘I can tell you something, Brandi has been significantly affected by whatever this mysterious illness is and I’m trying to help her,’ Dr Dubrow said at Cure Addiction Now’s Inaugural Fundraising Evening.

‘In the next several weeks, we should have a better idea of what’s actually going on.’

He added that he is seeing Brandi ‘frequently’ and is ‘not too far away’ from finding a resolution to her issues.

‘I think once we get a diagnosis and we get a treatment plan, that we can get on the other side of it,’ he said.

Brandi has claimed to have already spent more than $70,000 trying to figure out what has caused her health issues.

After suffering with abnormal facial swelling, Brandi became concerned it could be due to parasites, but Dr Dubrow was unsure and publicly offered to treat her.

He threw cold water on Brandi’s ‘parasite’ theory, and instead thought her misshapen skin and sunken cheeks were more likely the result of an infection.

The plastic surgeon added that antibiotic treatments for mycobacteria or fungus could take six to 12 months.

He emphasized that her condition could be a ‘ticking time bomb,’ and urged her to get help from her doctors as soon as possible.

Brandi first sparked fan concern when she shared a photo in which she looked unrecognizable with deflated cheeks, months after showing fans her facial swelling.

Brandi has since said Dr Dubrow told her it might take five years for her to be ‘totally’ fine as she also revealed she hasn’t had sex in a year due to her health issues.

‘I have places to go, people to make out with. I have not had sex since last October. I haven’t kissed [or] made out with anyone. I haven’t socialized, really,’ she admitted.

Brandi claimed she has spent $70,000 already trying to determine the cause of the lumps and has even had all of her facial fillers dissolved.

‘I’ve been on meds this whole year. I don’t socialize. I don’t go out and I’m just spending all of my money on trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, over $70,000,’ she told ET.

‘Honestly, I have so many doctors and I’ve had so many tests … I did lab work for $10,000. I ran every test under the sun.… They’re like, it could be a parasite that’s, you know, new.’
