Zoe was born, the day before Boris's 58th birthday.
In one photo from his post, Boris cradled Zoe as he blew out a candle on a birthday cake in hospital. The former Wimbledon champ also shared a photo of his son Noah, 31, holding Zoe.
Another showed the couple beaming with joy as they walked through the streets of Milan with Zoe in a pram.

Boris has been married twice before and has four other children.
He welcomed his firstborn, a son named Noah Gabriel in 1994 with his wife Barbara Feltus. Their second child, Elias Balthasar, was born in 1999.
The ex-couple separated after Boris had a one-night stand with Russian model Angela Ermakova during an encounter at London restaurant Nobu the same year.
A year later, Boris was forced to concede that he was the father of Angela's daughter Anna, 25, following a High Court battle.
