An Australian body language expert has weighed in on Married At First Sight's explosive commitment ceremony.
After what was one of the most dramatic dinner parties in MAFS history, Sunday's ceremony was full of apologies and recriminations.
In the wake of the dramatic episode, combined communications specialist Scott Taylor took to Instagram to give his verdict on who was being truthful to themselves, the experts and cast.
The moment that everyone was waiting for was to see how controversial brides Gia Fleur and Brook Crompton would react to being in the same room with Stella Mickunaite and Alissa Fay, after their merciless attacks on the pair during the dinner party.
While Scott acknowledged that both Gia and Brook apologised for their actions, he said that their 'sorries' were mere lip service.
'Let me say upfront, Gia's and Brook's apology may've had Alissa's and Stella's name in it, but it was more about trying to manage public image,' he said.

'The apology was towards the TV – it was for the Australian public,' he continued.
Turning his attention to Gia, Scott said that she displayed some 'tells' that indicated that she wasn't sincere in her apology.
'When Gia got on the lounge, as she apologised, she starts touching her face,' he said.
'We do that with the face touching when we're under stress.'
The expert also hinted that Gia's groom Scott McCristal was also put off by Gia's behaviour.

'Scott put his arm around her then withdrew – that's part of obviously the discomfort they've got,' he said.
He was equally scathing of Brook's behaviour, adding that her main goal in returning to the ceremony was to create drama.
'When Brook said she didn't have a plan for the dinner party, she also leaked some other non–verbals that were not congruent with that. She knew what she was doing. That was planned and that was structured,' he said.

Scott also zeroed in on Bec and groom Danny Hewitt
'I don't believe he said those exact same words that she's saying, but I do believe that he has said something similar,' he said
'Rather than "I apologise," they say "I need to," or "Want to," but then she followed it up with a proper one.'
