Antony Costa showed off a dramatically different look after his impressive weight loss on Tuesday.
The Blue singer, 43, headed for an early morning gym session where his face appeared slimmer and he showed off his muscles in a vest top.
Antony – who has two children, Savannah Rosa and Paloma Valentina, with his partner, Rosanna Jasmin – has previously revealed he embarked on ‘Operation Dad Bod’ to get into better shape.
A representative for Antony told MailOnline on Tuesday: ‘Antony is on a health kick with diet and exercise, that is it no magic formula.’
The star has been documenting his weight loss since 2021, taking to Instagram to share before and after snaps of his figure.

Previously said he ‘couldn’t be prouder’ of himself for achieving the weight loss.
In 2021 he dropped two stone and said: ‘A pandemic and a national lockdown wasn’t going to stop me! 2 stone down in 12 weeks, I can’t quite believe it! And it’s all thanks to @mfgoalgettersuk.
‘Honestly, with everything else going on, the one thing I wanted to focus on was my health. I’ve wanted to lose weight for a while and decided a few months back that it was time to take action so followed this plan!’
Antony added: ‘As a busy dad the last thing I really wanted to think about was having to prepare my meals and worrying about my calories.
‘That’s why the MuscleFood Weight Loss Plan has been such a lifesaver! I chose which meals and snacks I wanted for the week ahead and everything was delivered to me. Really couldn’t be easier!’
In 2018, the boy band star featured on Channel 5 Show Get A Holiday Body: Lose A Stone In Four Weeks.
He said on the show: ‘My weight has always yo yoed.
‘My diet on the road, you’re eating fast food. Backstage, there’s chocolates and crisps, and you sit there just eating. I looked ballooned, I felt sick, gutted.’

It comes after earlier this year Blue were finally been able to see the funny side of their ill-fated Eurovision stint, which saw them finish behind divisive Irish double act, Jedward.
The group represented the UK in 2011 and put in a brilliant performance of their song I Can, which was written by band members Lee Ryan and Duncan James.
Yet while they managed to avoid the dreaded nil points and finished in a respectable 11th place, it was not a win they had hoped for, having claimed at the time they would ’emigrate’ if they lost.
The loss was no doubt made even more sour by the fact they were beaten by X Factor double act Jedward – who had not achieved the same level of chart success as Blue.
Despite this, the group proved they had taken the loss in their stride as Lee, Duncan, Simon Webbe and Antony performed at The London Palladium in April.
The group reformed this year for their Greatest Hits Tour and with MailOnline in the audience for one show where the group joked about their Eurovision stint.
Duncan, 45, turned to Antony on stage and asked him to fire out what date, month and city they had performed – 14 May, 2011 in Düsseldorf.
He then asked where they had finished ’11th’, before following up ‘and who came 10th?’ to which Antony paused, looked at the crowd and answered deadpan ‘Jedward.’
The crowd burst into laughter as Duncan swiftly moved on while chuckling: ‘Ok, anyway…’
Blue also reflected on their jam-packed schedule to prepare for Eurovision – which was ultimately won by Azerbaijan duo Ell and Nikki with their ballad, Running Scared.
The band formed in 2000 and went on to release three studio albums titled All Rise, One Love and Guilty.

After announcing a hiatus in 2004, Duncan, Antony, Lee and Simon released their first compilation album, Best Of Blue.
The group first reunited in January 2011 and represented the UK in that year’s Eurovision Song Contest, coming in 11th place after a performance of I Can in Dusseldorf.
They went on to release two more studio albums, their fourth Roulette in 2013 and their fifth Colours in 2015.
In 2013, they joined groups including Liberty X, Atomic Kitten and 5ive to give a one-off gig as part of The Big Reunion.
