Nicolas Cage’s son Weston Cage’s divorce from wife Hila Cage Coppola has been finalized, after the couple was together from their April 2018 wedding to their split in September of 2021.
The judge overseeing the case approved the split, with Hila keeping sole legal and physical custody of the former couple’s four-year-old twin daughters, Cyress and Venice, TMZ reported after reviewing court docs in the case.
The outlet reported that Weston received ‘no visitation rights pending a further court order’ and that Hila has lone authorization when it comes to where the children attend school and if they can get passports.
The court ruled Hila is not permitted to leave the U.S. with the children for a timeframe eclipsing two months, according to the outlet.
The latest comes weeks after Weston, 33, had been arrested in connection with allegations he assaulted his mother Christina Fulton, 57, in an April 28 incident.

Hila was granted spousal support totals of $991 monthly from Weston spanning through the end of this month. According to the outlet, she ‘then waives her right to receive more money’ from her ex-husband following that timeframe.
The court stipulated that Hila has to give Weston back property that she has had in the wake of their split, according to the outlet.
The property consists of a pair of necklace pendants, one in the shape of a dragon, the other in the shape of a pan; a trio of framed pictures of his musical group; crystal skull sculptures; a keyboard and a Civil War-era document.
Weston had filed paperwork in the case June 7 that objected to deposing his father, Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage in the split, according to a report from Radar last month.
The requested deposition was focused on funds a trust the Leaving Las Vegas star had sent to Weston, with a lawyer for Hila saying the Hollywood veteran was aware the trust was subsidizing the ‘litigation from the outset to the extent of hundreds of thousands of dollars.’
A lawyer for Weston said that the Face/Off star was ‘not a party to this case’ and that testimony from him would not be ‘relevant to any issue in this matter.’
Lawyers for the Raising Arizona actor said that the request to depose him was ‘unduly burdensome, harassing, oppressive, vague, and irrelevant,’ Radar reported after reviewing legal docs.
They went on to say that Nicolas’s bank records were ‘neither relevant to the subject matter of the action nor reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence.’

Weston has been married and divorced three times, as he was previously married to Nikki Williams; and then Danielle Cage, who he shares two sons with.
It’s been a turbulent timeframe for Weston as he was arrested earlier this month in connection with assault with a deadly weapon in the April incident involving Fulton, posting $150,000 bond before he was released from custody.
Fulton publicly issued a statement July 11 in which she declared what had happened in the April incident involving her son, who had left the scene before officers arrived.
‘On April 28th, 2024, around 5:30 pm I received urgent messages from friends of my son, Weston Cage regarding his deteriorating mental state, urging me to come help,’ Fulton said. ‘When I arrived to offer support and console him, he was already in the midst of a manic rage. Within minutes, I was brutally assaulted and sustained serious injuries.’
Fulton, who was seen sporting multiple injuries in the wake of the incident, said that police ‘refused’ her request to evaluate Weston on a mental health basis and neglected her ‘urgent need for … medical attention.
‘As a mother, I am deeply saddened and concerned about Weston’s on-going mental health crisis. It is imperative that he receives the help he desperately needs,’ Fulton said.
