The price guide for the properties located in Daylesford, Victoria, 'has been quietly slashed to $2.6 million' each, Domain reported on Sunday.
Han and Can's house, and Emma and Ben's house, were both passed in at $3.1 million and listed for sale.

The original price guide for Han and Can's home was $2.9 million, while Emma and Ben had a guide of $3 million to $3.3 million for their house.
Real estate agent Aaron Hill, of Ray White Sunbury, is selling Emma and Ben's home, and says the couple won't make any money on the sale.
'The hardest part is I had their home almost sold on the night [of the finale]. I had buyers and I could have sold it for $2.8 million. And everyone would have been happy,' Hill told Domain.

'But the reserve was set too high.
'And at the end of the day, my contestants aren't going to make any money – they won't make a cent.'
Hill says that in addition to the high reserves at auction, the local market is partly to blame, with homes in the area selling for a median price of $890,000.

'In Daylesford it's very hard to sell right now,' he said.
Will Walton from Belle Property Daylesford, who is selling Han and Can's home, said the $300,000 price drop may yield results.
'I think there will be considerably more interest now that we've dropped the price,' Walton told Domain.
The two homes not only failed to sell at auction in the Channel Nine show's season finale, but have also sat without buyers for the past eight months.
