The former Real Housewives of star, 55, is dating a Miami-based financial adviser named Shane L. Campbell, according to Page Six.
'Bethenny is the happiest she's ever been and is fully in her intentional dating era,' a source told the Daily Mail on Monday.
The star made her first public appearance with Campbell last Friday, bringing him as her date to the 2026 Global Champions Arabians Tour in Miami Beach.
The pair 'were holding hands during the entire event and barely left each other's side' a second source shared.
The insider added that they 'seemed to enjoy each other's company.'

Frankel - who recently launched a dating membership community called The Core - raved about a new suitor in an Instagram video on Sunday.
She recalled how she and the man, whom she did not name, had been texting until she 'shut it down' because it 'became a little bread-crumby.'
However, they later reconnected at a bar and he then went on to call her before driving 'an hour and a half' to see her.
The two enjoyed a 'five-hour date' followed by additional dates that were 'very planned out and very intentional and very chivalrous.'
Frankel also gushed about the man offering to pick her up from the airport.
She also marveled at him taking her on a date that was like 'something you would experience on The Bachelor.'
'There are still amazing men out there,' she said, adding, 'Do not settle. Do not accept breadcrumbs. Do not accept low-hanging fruit and low lifts of just, like, checking in with you and giving you the news and the weather.'
'A man has to have a plan to move the ball forward and show you exactly how they feel about you,' she stressed.
The new romance comes after Frankel opened up about her 'traumatic' divorce from ex Jason Hoppy, 55, with whom she shares 15-year-old daughter Bryn.
Frankel admitted their split was even more devastating than her chaotic childhood and she feared she would 'never survive it' while appearing on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast in 2025.
During their raw and emotional conversation, the star said nothing in her upbringing, not even watching her mother 'slit her wrists', compared to the torment of leaving Hoppy.

'I have lived my whole life chasing her into bathrooms, trying to catch her throwing up,' she said through tears. 'I've been around guns, the mafia, the racetrack. I've seen her beaten within an inch of her life. Nothing compares to what my divorce was for 10 years. Nothing.'
The mother-of-one went on to detail how the 'trauma of someone wanting to torture you and telling you they're going to do it' eclipsed anything she faced growing up.
Frankel said the public perception only made the ordeal worse, with many viewing her as 'the powerhouse tyrant' and casting Hoppy as 'the victim.'
'It was so traumatic,' she said, pausing as her voice cracked. 'It was 10 years of my life. I lost hair. I thought I would never survive it. I didn't want to. I literally thought, 'I'll never be happy again.' The only reason I kept going was my daughter.'
The TV personality and Hoppy tied the knot in 2010, but split just two years later. After reaching a financial settlement in 2016, the divorce was finalized in 2021 - eight years after Bethenny initially filed.
