Recently speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Bernadette said she begins her workout sessions with meditation and breathe work.

Bernadette said she recommends planking as it ‘works the full body’, and ‘lunges are a terrific way to sculpt the legs, work on balance and load up your glute muscles’.

‘Abdominal crunching is also great for getting definition on the top of the abs,’ she added.

She explained it’s important to exercise daily but said it’s essential to incorporate a more moderate to high intensity workout at least three times a week.
