Ben Affleck had a big smile on his face while stepping out in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The 52-year-old actor appeared to be in high spirits, with a Diet Coke in hand, after parking his car and headed to go meet up with his colleagues.
For his outing, the Batman star — who recently shed some light on the breakdown of his marriage to singer-actress Jennifer Lopez — wore one of his favorite, cozy cardigans.
He layered the gray, jacquard knit over a light-colored button-down shirt and completed his look with gray slacks and taupe, suede boots.
At one point, he flashed a big smile while chatting to the people meeting up with him.
The A-list star’s outing in LA comes amid news that Lopez has finally purchased a new home for herself after finalizing their divorce in January.

According to property records uncovered by PEOPLE, the beauty, 55, dropped $18 million on a new abode ‘near Los Angeles.’
This comes after nearly a year of house hunting and Lopez being photographed touring multi-million dollar mansions in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and other upscale LA neighborhood.
In January, TMZ reported that Lopez had been eyeing an ‘off-market mansion’ in Affleck’s neck of the woods, Brentwood.
Affleck snapped up a five-bedroom bachelor pad in the area for just over $20million in July 2024.
While Lopez finally has a place to call home, she and Affleck have yet to offload their $68million martial mansion in Beverly Hills.
They’ve been trying to sell the sprawling property, which they purchased in 2023 for $60million, since June 2024 — two months before Lopez officially filed for divorce.
TMZ previously reported that the couple had a promising buyer in September but that they sale fell through after it went into escrow.
While letting go of the home they once shared has been a headache, Affleck recently insisted to British GQ that he and Lopez’s short-lived marriage was ‘no soap opera.’

It marked the first time that the Oscar-winner has spoke on the divorce and he explained why they separated.
The Accountant star addressed how he had rekindled his romance with Lopez in 2023 but their short-lived reunion ended last year when she filed for divorce after two years.
He insisted there was ‘no scandal, no soap opera, no intrigue’ that ultimately caused their split and the dissolution of their marriage.
He also admitted ‘the reason I don’t want to share that is just sort of embarrassing.’
‘It feels vulnerable,’ he said in his British GQ cover story, which was published on Tuesday.
He also shed insight on why he looked ‘uncomfortable’ in his then-wife’s documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told — which was the third part of Lopez’s $20 million media homage to their romance.
In response to fans thinking he looked disinterested, he said he was just ‘uncomfortable’ because he ‘found their privacy sacred.’
‘Part of it was, “OK, if I’m going to participate in this, I want to try to do it in an honest way and in a way that’s interesting.” Because I thought it was an interesting examination.’

He also addressed the difference between his and her approach to fame. ‘My temperament is to be a little bit more reserved and private than hers.
As happens in relationships, you don’t always have the same attitude towards these things.
‘And so I thought, “Oh, this is interesting because how do you reconcile that?” Because exactly what you said is true. I love and support this person. I believe in them. They’re great. I want people to see that… You’ve got to own what you knew going into any relationship.’
He added that he ‘has a lot of respect’ for Lopez.
Elsewhere in his chat, he spoke about his first wife Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares kids Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12.
‘I’m really lucky that I have a really good co-parent and partner in Jennifer Garner, the kids’ mom, who’s wonderful and great and we work together well.’
