was in great spirits as she arrived in Milan for Fashion Week on Tuesday after turning down 'every job for almost a year' due to her battle with Lyme disease. 

The model, 29, was delighted to be back as she flashed a smile and waved to the crowds who were waiting at the airport. 

Bella, who has struggled with chronic neurological Lyme disease for 14-years, has been undergoing treatment. 

She dressed casually in a loose-fitting cream co-ordinate set which consisted of a cardigan and matching trousers. 

Bella teamed it with a long black coat and accessorised with a baseball cap while carrying a large leather holdall. 

The event returned to 's fashion capital this week and will run until March 2 with top luxury brands showcasing their Fall/Winter 2026-2027 looks.

Bella recently revealed her struggle maintaining a work-life balance as she battled Lyme disease.

'The way that I worked for many years was not sustainable. I think that, you know, even during COVID I continued to work,' the IMG Model told Vogue Italia on Tuesday.

'Being able to be in with my horses and my dog, having a real life, and then going back to work makes it more fulfilling.'

Hadid now knows that she is able to say "no" to jobs that aren't with the people she loves, trusts, supports and respects.

'Now I know that if I’m able to say "No," even going through my [Lyme disease] treatment last year and having to say no to every job for almost a year, which I cried about,' the Beauty guest star recalled.

'I was emotional because you feel disposable.'

In September 18, her mother Yolanda Hadid posted an Instagram tribute of her 'bada** warrior' daughter in the hospital.

'I admire your bravery and your willingness to keep fighting for health despite the falling protocols and countless setbacks you have faced,' the Real Housewives star wrote.
