Beckham Rescues Injured Skier in Courchevel

Sir has been branded a 'true gentleman' after he jumped to the aid of a skier who suffered a head injury following a fall.

The former footballer helped the woman following her tumble whilst on a family holiday at exclusive resort Courchevel in the French alps.

David, 50, helped the injury skier by removing her skis and checking over her until medical help arrived.

A source who witnessed the incident said: 'David saw the woman hit her head and was worried about her.

'He took her skis off and made sure she was OK – he was a true gentleman.'

They added to The Sun: 'David was incredibly lovely, and so was the ski guide with him.'

Daily Mail has contacted representatives for David.

It is understood David was with his youngest child Harper, 14, at the time he noticed the woman's fall.

The Beckhams' skiing holiday is an annual family tradition, though this year they are hitting the slopes without their estranged son Brooklyn, 26.

Last month Romeo treated his girlfriend Kim Turnbull to a romantic ski break and shared snaps of their getaway on social media.

Before heading on the trip, Romeo poked fun of how Kim is unable to travel light, even when they are just going away for a few days.  

The couple stayed at the COMO Alpina Dolomites in Italy, which has been branded a modern architectural masterpiece, cradled by Alpe di Siusi’s sheer cliffs. 

The high-end hotel has one michelin key and the couple have been enjoying dips in hot spas and taking in the breathtaking scenery.  

Meanwhile, last weekend the Beckhams were pictured as they celebrated Cruz's 21st birthday. 

They put on a united front as they departed the lavish London venue, while oldest son Brooklyn continues to isolate himself from his relatives.

Cruz celebrated his milestone birthday with his beloved girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30, who sported a T-shirt featuring faces of him and his band members. 

Despite the ongoing fallout, the family appeared with huge smiles on their faces after indulging at the Indian restaurant.

Victoria, 51, looked incredibly chic wearing items from her designer brand as she strutted out of the venue with Harper, 14, and husband David, 50.

Romeo, 23, and his girlfriend Kim Turnbull looked loved-up as they followed closely behind.

David was every inch the loving husband and father as he held out a hand as they walked down the steps.

He led the birthday tributes to 'kind, considerate and fiercely loyal' son Cruz, with the former footballer sharing an Instagram post that said almost as much about his estrangement from eldest child Brooklyn as it did his relationship with his youngest.
