'So when Gen Z are like, "What are you doing here?" it's like, "mate, you wouldn't even be here if it wasn't for us",' she said.

'If you're over 40, 100 per cent you belong. If you're over 50, 100 per cent.'

Elsewhere, Bec and her co-host Jessie Roberts shared details of their Coachella 2026 experience, which they attended with buddies, including former AFL WAG Jessie Murphy, 35, and 39-year-old Lauren Phillips.

Bec complained that 'young influencers' spent more time on their devices recording the event rather than enjoying headline acts including Sabrina Carpenter and Justin Bieber.

'They [young influencers] don't even look at the act, they've just got their phones up the entire time. All the millennials are the ones dancing and having fun,' she said.

It comes after Bec gushed over the inclusion of Justin Bieber in the lineup for the iconic California-set music festival.

'As soon as they announced Justin, ticket sales were chugging along, and then it sold out in half an hour,' Bec told the Herald Sun last month.
