Beau Ryan has issued a stark warning about the fallout from Kyle Sandilands' axing from KIIS FM, claiming the situation could turn 'very messy'.
The Triple M breakfast host, 40, weighed in on the shock news that Sandilands' suggesting the repercussions may run far deeper than many realise.
'I've been over there many times. We've all got friends that work over there at KIIS, and there are a lot of really good people out of a job right now,' Beau told his co-stars Cat Lynch and Aaron Woods.
He went on to reveal it's not just high-profile presenters Kyle Sandilands, 54, and , 51, who are affected – but potentially their entire production team.
According to Beau, staff could now be facing unemployment, with limited means to challenge the decision.
'If Kyle is terminated and the show is over, they're all without a job. They don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to fight dismissal,' Beau said.

Cat Lynch then warned the situation could deteriorate even further, with many staff now left in limbo.
'That's the key part! You've got a lot of people in limbo that haven't been earning that multimillion-dollar contract,' she said.
'This is going to be a bit of a drawn-out process... and it's going to get very messy.'
