The 41-year-old actress is expecting her first child with actor Christopher Abbott, 40, more than one year after her.
Plaza wore a cropped white T-shirt underneath a beige coat, and added a pair of black athletic shorts.
The mom-to-be rolled up her sleeves and teamed the look with knee-high white socks, plus mauve-toned New Balance sneakers.
She flashed a glossy red manicure and shielded her eyes from the spring sun with a pair of black sunglasses.
Plaza was spotted riding the subway as she slung a woven, black, leather bag over her shoulder and wore a beige baseball cap.

It comes after she broke her silence on her pregnancy in a Smartless podcast episode shared on Monday.

The couple first worked together in 2019 on the indie psychological drama Black Bear, followed by the Off-Broadway revival of Danny And The Deep Blue Sea, which ran from October 2023-January 2024.
Baena's body was discovered in January 2025 after he took his life at age 47.

Plaza and the screenwriter had been separated since September 2024, an LA County Medical Examiner's autopsy report obtained by DailyMail.com revealed.
She was living in New York when he was found in Los Angeles on January 3.
Last August the Parks and Recreation star reflected on her grief while appearing on former co-star Amy Poehler's podcast Good Hang.
She shared: 'Right in this very, very present moment, I feel happy to be with you. Overall, I'm here and I'm functioning.
'I feel really grateful to be moving through the world. I think I'm okay, but it's like a daily struggle.'
