The former WWE Women's Champion, 41, previously tipped the scales at more than 270lbs.
She's now slimmed down thanks to cardio workouts, pickleball, and most surprisingly, a renewed dedication to her Christian faith.
Discussing her weight loss journey with Insight's Chris Van Vliet, Jax said, 'When I was trying to lose weight, I got bored with certain cardio and I would just play pickleball like all day with my church group.'
She added, 'We'd go at like 7:00 a.m. until noon and it was so much fun.'
The wrestler, who is the second cousin of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, has also started working out with fellow WWE star Maxxine Dupri.

'She's the workout queen. She said she is a Pilates princess and I have tried a class with her and it's good because it challenges me. It's so freaking hard,' Jax said.
While she didn't reveal if she's used any other methods to lose weight, Jax did admit that her Christian faith has contributed to her slimmer frame.
'I had a real breakthrough when I was off. I got really close with my faith,' she shared.

'I started going to church and really getting deeper into my spirituality, so I think it kind of just helped guide me to get to this path right now where I'm locked in and you can't break me.'
Jax previously hinted that she'd been body-shamed by other WWE wrestlers in an Instagram post back in 2017.
Sharing a video of herself on the treadmill, the star wrote, 'In this line of work and with the world of social media, I am subjected to body shaming and it's something I have accepted.
'It sucks when you get it in your own backyard around people you're changing in front of and trust with your body. I am a HEALTHY bigger woman, I LOVE MY BODY. Body shaming is WRONG!' she continued.
'I hope every person struggling with their body WHATEVER shape or size you are, do not allow someone to shame their perfectly beautiful body!'
