Ariana Madix is continuing to move on with her life following the end of her nearly decade-long relationship with Tom Sandoval last spring.
Amid her bitter real estate battle over their $2 million Los Angeles property, which they bought together in 2019, the Vanderpump Rules star closed on a home in the Hollywood Hills.
‘Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,’ a source told Page Six.
She has reportedly purchased a $1.6 million ‘recently renovated mid-century modern’ property that was originally built in 1962.

According to the outlet, the main level of the TV personality’s new pad has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open floor plan.
The living room and dining room are connected to the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and brass hardware.
Meanwhile, the second floor has a ‘generously-sized primary suite with a modern bathroom, seating area and picturesque views of LA, including the iconic Hollywood sign.’
Her new yard is an entertainer’s dream, with enough space to host up to 20 people.
It is also said to have a ‘seating area and meditation deck with panoramic views.’
Last month, Sandoval claimed that Madix owed him $90,000, which he would need back before agreeing to sell their home.
According to TMZ, he reportedly responded to his ex’s lawsuit against him over their home by stating no sale will occur until she pays back his alleged loan to her. According to legal documents.
Per legal documents, obtained by the outlet he claimed that he has a lien on the house that is tied to the money she owes him and it must be paid before a judge can force a sale.

Previously, Madix, 38, sued her co-star and now-ex in early January over their $2 million Valley Village home, which they co-own.
On that lawsuit, he allegedly issued general denials against her allegations.
The pair have since split due to his infidelity — a scandal appropriately dubbed Scandoval — but still live in the house together as they have not resolved how to split the property.
Months after their separation, she filed a suit in the Los Angeles Superior Court for a ‘partition by sale’, according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
Essentially, she is suing him and wants a judge to order them to sell the home in order to divide the proceeds.
She is fighting against a ‘division in kind’, which would allow each of them to retain their ownership interest in the property.
Theoretically, this could lead to one of them selling to the third party and letting the other still own and live in the home.

In January, Sandoval called her ‘petty’ for turning down his seemingly fair offer on the property.
‘Ariana is making it out to be that me wanting to keep the house is a psychopath move, but it’s not,’ the singer, 40, said on Nick Viall’s The Viall Files podcast.
He explained: ‘She’s like, ‘Oh, he gave me a s**t offer. I gave her an offer of $3.1 million. We bought our house for $2.05 [million]. … I gave her an offer to buy her out.’
Sandoval went on to claim that Madix, who is starring as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway, ‘hasn’t paid a single bill for this house in eight months’ and hasn’t lived in their home for ‘two or three months.’
‘She’s being petty and she doesn’t want me to have the house,’ he alleged. ‘That’s the petty [move]. ‘I am breaking up with you, and I don’t want anybody to have [it].’
The TV personality added: It’s [like] flipping over the Monopoly board. That’s it. It’s like, ‘I’m losing at Monopoly, so I’m going to flip the Monopoly board over.’ That’s what it is.’
