The Love Island villa saw its first big row of the series on Monday night, as Angelista brought her romance with Ope to an abrupt end following his vile betrayal.

Unaware that the girls were watching them, the boys revelled in the chance to leave the villa for a night out, before being joined by two glamorous new bombshells.

Ope in particular left the villa furious with his comments, as he confessed he has 'a wandering eye,' and was quick to ask newcomer Victoria if they would be sharing a kiss in the coming days.

Given she'd been pursuing a connection with Ope, Angelista was understandably upset at his behaviour, and reacted by insisting they wouldn't be sharing a bed that evening.

Once the boys return from the date, things took a turn for the worse when the laughing boys warned Ope that 'he's f**ked' before Robyn was seen shouting at him - to which he cruelly orders her to 'f**k off' and says: 'Don't wind me up'.

Angelista staunchly refused to speak to her partner, while Jasmine told Lorenzo: 'A bunch of you acted like boys, and a bunch of you acted like men.'

Ope left the villa furious with his comments, as he confessed he has 'a wandering eye,' and was quick to ask newcomer Victoria if they would be sharing a kiss in the coming days.

While she originally refused to speak to Ope, Angelista later branded his behaviour 'disrespectful,' and said they'd be spending the night in separate beds.

Viewers then took to X to share fears that this could mean Angelista's days in the villa were numbered, writing: 'Manifesting a perfect bombshell for Angelista. She's too good for these guys;'

'Angelista it was nice knowing you; This might be the end of Angelista unfortunately.'

Following Sunday's antics, X was flooded with criticism of Ope, with users writing: 'The irreparable damage Ope has done to his Love Island career is embarrassing. Lusted all over those two new bombshells just for them to not even mention him?...

'I've never seen him show that much teeth, where is his composure?... lost all composure hes a flipping idiot... And he was liked before, completely ruined it...

Dear Love Island UK fans time for y'all to vote Ope home, you don't get to play in Angelista's face... I'm so bothered angelista is genuinely and truly too beautiful for this… Ope your yapping too much bro love island bounce him...

Elsewhere, the following day Yasmin and Ellie were seen taking Aidan for a chat to iron out their 'sandwich', which is how he described their love triangle.

Ellie said: 'This is to clear stuff up for Yas. I feel like you're saying one thing to me and one thing to her and it's not fair.'

Aidan accused Ellie of stirring the pot and the tensions continued to rise, leading to Aidan observing: 'I think it's pretty clear what's going on.'

Sensing his irritation, Ellie hit back: 'Why are you coming vexed at me? Because I'll just come back to you with the same energy.'

The episode concluded with Lorenzo and Priya keen to ruffle feathers, as they snuck away for a kiss in the Hideaway Garden.

Love Island continues on Tuesday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
