'I'm wearing a pad right now.'
Giancola responded with concern considering when she suffered a miscarriage in 2024, she 'was spotting right away.'

'I don't want to think the worst but for your own peace of mind, go to the ER. They're going to check what's going on,' the expecting 39-year-old advised.
Pivarnick replied: 'I am definitely scared about what I might find out.'

The animal activist - whose babydaddy declined to be named or pictured - was shocked when she got pregnant naturally as she had been keeping a vial of sperm in her refrigerator.

'The comments I made were intended in jest and do not reflect my real life. There are no "multiple men" and that narrative is simply not accurate.
