Angelina Jolie's $24.5million Hollywood home is pristine and ready to sell - as the actress prepares for a new chapter away from Los Angeles, the Daily Mail can reveal.

Exclusive Daily Mail images show the sprawling Los Feliz estate in immaculate condition, with manicured lawns, a crystal-clear swimming pool and lush, carefully tended gardens - a change from previous years.
In the past, the grass wasn't quite as perfect, with earlier photos showing bald patches and signs - including a giant trampoline in the backyard - that it was home to the six kids she shares with ex Brad Pitt.
But the six-bedroom family home now appears carefully staged and stripped back, signaling a major transition as Jolie's youngest children, twins Vivienne and Knox, turn 18 this year and prepare to leave the nest.
The preparations are the latest sign that Jolie is likely plotting a move abroad after she sold her apartment in New York City, which she had owned since 1997, last summer.

Her children growing up is one of the driving factors for her move away, with 50-year-old mom of six previously complaining about being 'stuck' in LA due to custody arrangements with Pitt.

The mom-of-six (pictured) has been waiting for her child custody arrangement with ex-husband Brad Pitt to end, so she can sell the $24.5million estate and leave LA for good, sources say
'I am here because I have to be here from a divorce,' she told the Hollywood Reporter in 2024. 'But as soon as [Knox and Vivienne turn] 18, I'll be able to leave.'
With the twins marking their milestone birthday in July, that plan looks to be coming to fruition.

'I love my country, but at this time, I don't recognize my country,' Jolie said in September 2025. 'I've always lived internationally - my family is international, my friends, my life.'
Further fuel was added this month when Page Six revealed that her property was set to be listed and that she will divide her time between New York, Europe and her beloved Cambodia, where she is a citizen and owns a home.
'She can't get far enough away from the drama… the only way to take a break is to get out,' said Jae Benjamin, an actor and producer who has known Jolie since 2005.
While Jolie is said to be 'feeling excited' about the impending move to start a new chapter, there may also be other financial motives at play.
Before: As seen in a 2019 photo, the property was once dotted with worn grass and signs of her children, such as a trampoline in the yard

Jolie took out a $17.15million mortgage with Comerica Bank when she bought the late director Cecil B DeMille's property in May 2017.
The mortgage rate was a competitive 4.125 percent - but that is set to increase by more than double within the next year, which will send her already sky high monthly repayments rocketing.
Currently, Jolie is paying $83,000 a month, which the trust deed states is for the first 10 years.

After May 2027, that will increase to 2.25 percent above Comerica's average rate, which currently stands at 6.75 percent, thus, Jolie's interest rate will jump to 9 percent.
This could work out to as much as $138,000 per month depending on how much of the principal Jolie has already paid off. There's also the small matter of property tax, which is $345,457 for the year.
There's another financial factor in play as Jolie was forced to turn to Pitt after they split when she wanted to purchase her own property. He loaned her $8million to be paid back with interest.

Jolie's impending move comes as her youngest children, twins Vivienne and Knox (pictured) prepare to turn 18. The milestone frees the actress from custody restrictions, and will allow her to finally leave LA

Jolie stated in court documents that Pitt hadn't given any 'meaningful child support,' but he claimed he had paid over $9million to the Tomb Raider star.
Jolie's lawyer countered this claim, saying most of it was the loan.
It's unknown how much Jolie still owes Pitt. If it is anywhere near the full $8million, it could push her monthly repayments up toward $200,000.
While Jolie has made tens of millions of dollars throughout her movie career, she has also been in expensive litigation for the last decade against Pitt.
Their bitter divorce and custody battle began when she filed in 2016 and was only finalized on December 30, 2024. But the pair are still engaged in a legal dispute over their Chateau Miraval estate in Provence, France, which produces some of the world's best rosé wines.

The warring exes have been involved in bitter litigation for the last three years after Pitt sued Jolie and her firm Nouvel LLC for selling her share of Miraval to booze brand Stoli Group for $65million without his knowledge.
Jolie's ex Brad Pitt, meanwhile, has moved on with Ines de Ramon, and has been fixing up his own LA love nest with her
Other parties have become involved in the complex and often fractious lawsuit.
Gossip columnist Rob Shuter claimed that Jolie is 'struggling to keep her lifestyle in Los Angeles.'

A source told him that the star is 'not broke, but she's not exactly swimming in cash either.
'The legal battle with Brad over Miraval has drained her accounts faster than anyone imagined.'
Legal costs are said to be 'astronomical,' with one attorney close to the case telling Shuter that 'every hearing, every lawyer, every filing - it's like throwing money into a bonfire. Even someone like Angelina feels it.'
