The 60-year-old comedian - who has a long-documented history with both drug and alcohol abuse - rode through a quiet neighborhood while accompanied by a close pal, days after checking out of a 50-day rehab stint.

Late last year in December, the star was seen slumped over on a curb in Hollywood and unresponsive before a friend stepped in to save his life.

A few weeks later, Dick checked into a rehab center in Palm Springs and officially left late last month in January following a six-week stint.

During his recent outing, the NewsRadio actor could be seen cruising on a bike while donning a dark navy hoodie and pajama pants.

Dick has previously been to rehab over 20 times while additionally being arrested 10 times over the years.

He is now 'focused on sobriety' and 'taking things one day at a time' after his public overdose two months ago, according to TMZ

Dick is also reportedly staying at a sober living facility in the Beverly Hills area while continuing to put his health first.

Shortly after the incident, Dick broke his silence during an interview with TMZ where he admitted that he doesn't 'mind doing a little crack every now and then.'

In a short clip, the actor was surrounded by two of his pals who were also pointed out to be the individuals who had helped the comedian during his overdose.

While hanging out with his friends, Dick eventually 'snuck away' from them.

'He did something that messed him up,' one pal said, before adding that it had been 'a group effort from all of our friends to you know, save him.'

Dick cut in to say that he ran into a man who was around his age and 'felt for him.' The man then 'whipped out - sorry, but crack. And I'm like, you know what, I might need a little bit of that.

'I wanted to see what he was doing and also, I don't mind doing a little crack every now and then.'

And earlier this month, Dick further reflected on the incident during an appearance on the Hate To Break It To Ya podcast.

Host Jamie Kennedy questioned the comedian if he had died, to which the star replied, 'That's what they say.'

He continued, 'They say my heart stopped. And I stopped breathing. And they had to use that stuff, Narcan.'

Dick went on to reveal to the podcast listeners the first words he spoke when he gained consciousness.

'When I sat up, I said, "Where's the vodka?"' he remembered.

In a statement to the Daily Mail at the time of the apparent overdose, Dick's attorney said he had recently spoken to his client, who was 'doing great,' and he added that they were 'investigating' the incident.

'I can confirm that we did respond to the intersection of Highland and Yucca at the 7-Eleven at 3:14 p.m. for a 59-year-old male,' a spokesperson for the LAFD said, though they withheld a name due to HIPAA laws.

'But we did respond to that location for an overdose. He was not transported to the hospital.'
