Andrew O’Keefe looked downcast on Wednesday when he was spotted picking up a mystery woman in his car in the upmarket Sydney suburb of Point Piper.
The disgraced television presenter, 52, was seen waiting patiently in the driver’s seat of his car with the window down for his female companion to arrive.
The former Deal Or No Deal host rocked a smart casual look for the outing, in a pink dress shirt paired with beige pants and tan boots.
He had an unlit cigarette in his mouth and looked to be in poor spirits as he gazed into the distance, his face marked by fatigue.
O’Keefe was seen engaging in conversation with his companion upon her arrival.
She appeared at ease in a striped T-shirt as she carried a takeaway coffee and her essentials.
After she entered the vehicle, they drove off together.
The identity of O’Keefe’s companion is not known, nor is their relationship.

On Wednesday, August 7 O’Keefe appeared in Sydney’s Downing Centre over allegations he breached a violence protection order put in place on behalf of his former partner.
He walked out of court shortly after 10am in an upbeat mood after his hearing was adjourned, even joking with journalists that he was ‘good now’.
But less than two hours later he was back in court after being arrested for allegedly breaching bail conditions.
‘About 1pm today, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command arrested a 52-year-old man at a home in Vaucluse,’ police said in a statement.

‘It is alleged the man had been breaching his bail conditions. He was taken to Waverley Police Station and will appear before Waverley Local Court to have his bail re-determined.’
O’Keefe was granted bail on the condition that he reports to Rose Bay Police station three times a week, refrains from drinking alcohol or doing drugs and does not enter Point Piper.
His appearance at Waverley marked the third time the former Deal or No Deal host has appeared in court that month.
