Bhad Bhabie is offloading the luxury home where she was beaten up by her rapper boyfriend – less than two years after buying it.
The OnlyFans star – real name Danielle Bregoli – bought the 3,700 sq. ft., five-bed, four-bath home in Los Angeles in December, 2022 for $3.04 million and has now listed it for just $3.5 million.
That was despite sinking tens of thousands into improvements like a new fence with a security gate, meaning she will hardly make a profit after real estate fees and taxes even if she gets full price.
Her sale price for the single-story home in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley, is even below the $3.6 million Zillow estimate.

An insider said she wants a quick sale because the home holds too many bad memories for her
Bregoli’s early June 30 beating by Le Vaughn, 26, in the home’s driveway was filmed on security cameras and she later posted it online.
The footage appeared to show him throwing her to the ground, then beating and dragging her across the driveway.
She also shared photos of herself with a black eye and facial bruising, and accused Le Vaughn of domestic violence, before soon deleting everything.
While her boyfriend was booted from the house during their resulting split, the house was robbed of her expensive handbags and jewelry less than two weeks later on July 12.
Bregoli, 21, was out of town at the time visiting her mother Barbara in Florida with her baby daughter, while Le Vaughn was at a friend’s funeral across the country.
The masked raiders were never caught despite being captured on camera.

Despite the beating Bregoli and Le Vaughn reunited and have now moved to a larger, more secure rental home nearby, a real estate insider told the DailyMail.com.
Bregoli produced three hit singles, two of which went platinum, in 2017 and 2018 and claims to have made $57 million on OnlyFans between April 1, 2021 – just six days after she turned 18 and joined the site – to July 11 this year.
Promotional photos of the vacated house show off Bregoli’s art and furniture collection, including two Chrome Hearts beanbag chairs in the living room worth $100,000 each.
An extensive KAWS figurine collection by street artist Brian Donnelly lines every shelf in the same room and the kitchen.
Her six-month old daughter’s name ‘Kali Love’ appears above a white crib in another of the photo.
Le Vaughn also has a three-year-old son named Rome from a previous relationship.

Bregoli said she shared the footage and images of the domestic violence to show her lover ‘what he does is wrong’ and to ‘take accountability’ for his actions.
She noted that she wanted him to ‘make a real change’ and that she loved him ‘more than I love myself and it’s honestly really sad’, calling her situation ‘real life’.
‘He’s going to get the help he needs,’ she added, and said she didn’t share the footage for people to ‘attack him’.
‘I used to tolerate a lot because I didn’t want to lose people, but now I realize that those people aren’t my people,’ she added.
After the burglary the couple reunited and had each other’s faces tattooed on their calves.
They were seen in a romantic embrace on July 20 outside of the Beverly Hills restaurant Avra.
‘Real quick…have y’all ever thought why does she stay rather than why doesn’t she leave?’ she later wrote on Instagram.
‘Clearly he’s doing something right if I stayed after that.’

‘Y’all have to remember this is real life. More things go on besides only things we allow y’all to see through post.
‘Y’all can keep giving your opinion but unfortunately for y’all, y’all don’t get to say how my life goes. I just keep cutting comments off lol.’
Realtors said the home she has listed has 10-foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, large walk-in pantry, and 400 sq.ft. of terraced patio leading to a resort-style pool, spa, fire pit and outdoor kitchen.
The large master bedroom with bath and walk-in closet sits on one wing of the home while the other wing includes two bedrooms and a junior suite. Another ensuite room can be used as an office or a bedroom.
Bregoli found viral fame in 2016 when she appeared on Dr. Phil as a troubled teen whose single mother Barbara was at her wits’ end.
The segment was called ‘I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime’.

Dr. Phil, Bregoli and her mother sat down to talk about her behavior, which even included stealing a production crew member’s car while the episode was being filmed.
The studio audience laughed at her and she stood up and yelled at them, which in her accent sounded like ‘cash me ousside, how bout dah’.
She then found viral internet fame as the ‘Cash Me Outside girl’ making millions before she was even 18.
Replays of the moment spawned an immortal catchphrase that was sampled by musicians and sold on T-shirts at Walmart.
Bregoli was signed by a music manager and released her first single on on August 24, 2017.
