Amber Turner has said that her appearance on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins left her ‘covered in scars for life’ and compared it to returning from ‘war’.
The Only Way Is Essex star, 30, appeared on the latest series of the gruelling celebrity version of the military-style show, which is currently airing on Channel 4.
She lasted until Sunday’s episode, when she withdrew from the show ahead of a tough kidnapping challenge.
Speaking about the experience, Amber said it had been ‘excruciating’ and admitted she’d rather undergo another boob job and facelift than go through the process again.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘I would rather have my boobs done again and a facelift than go through the pain I went through – my body was in shock because I was in so much pain. I had jungle rot on my feet, and it was excruciating pain, I’ve never experienced pain like it.’

She added: ‘I’d lost loads of weight, I was black and blue and so bruised – I’m covered in scars for life. I looked like a broken woman, it’s like I’d come back from war – gaunt, like a skeleton, my teeth were popping out of my face.’
Speaking about her decision to call the show quits, Amber explained: ‘I set myself a goal to get to that stage where they kidnap you. I was anticipating them putting a bag on my head, and that was honestly the only thing I was worried about.
‘It sounds so silly because it was something so minor, but I’m claustrophobic and I don’t do well in close spaces, and I knew they were going to try to kidnap us and put a bag on my head. ‘I was just thinking, “I physically can’t, I’d rather give my armband before that happens” so, I took my armband off.’
It comes after Amber was hit by claims that she grew close to one of the SAS Who Dares Wins instructors while filming the series.
It was reported that she exchanged ‘flirty’ messages with Chris Oliver, 40, leaving his long-term girlfriend fuming.
The Sun claimed Amber was confronted by Jasmine Shergold, 33 – who has been with former Special Forces Operator Chris for 10 years – over reported interactions on Instagram.
A source told the publication: ‘Chris and Amber had been DM-ing each other and Jasmine found them. The messages were very chatty and conversational but some appeared to be a bit flirty…
‘Chris had sent the odd picture too and talked about going out in London with Amber. For Jasmine it came as a shock.

‘She was understandably angry and wanted to know just what was happening. Chris had asked for Amber’s phone number so Jasmine rang her and they spoke.’
Jasmine reportedly then asked Amber to delete her messages, including her phone number.
The source added that Amber was ‘mortified’ when she heard from Jasmine and apologised as she didn’t know Chris even had a partner.
The insider added that nothing happened between Chris and Amber and that it was all just messages.
Jasmine reportedly believed what Amber told her and decided she had not lied to her but still found it upsetting that she’d found messages from another woman on her partner’s social media.
It comes after Amber’s recent split from ex-boyfriend Dan Edgar, with fallout from the messy breakup playing out over the current series of TOWIE.
Dan, 33, reportedly heard ‘rumours’ she was talking to someone else before their break-up, which Amber has reportedly denied.
A source claimed the on-off TOWIE couple were ‘on the rocks’ when Amber filmed Celebrity SAS last year in Vietnam, when Dan allegedly heard the rumours.

The source told The Sun: ‘Dan and Amber were on the rocks when she filmed SAS last year and Dan heard rumours, from different people, that Amber might be speaking to someone else behind his back.
‘But he didn’t have evidence to back it up and Amber denied it – and still denies it. It was a huge issue between them and the lack of trust was what, in the end, split them up.’
The on-off TOWIE couple went their separate ways earlier this year, with Amber confirming their split in May – just five months after they purchased their ‘dream’ Essex home.
Amber was joined on this year’s edition of Celebrity SAS by a host of other famous faces, including Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton, fellow TOWIE star James Argent, The Wanted member Siva Kaneswaran and Pop Idol’s Gareth Gates.
