On Valentine's Day, the former child star, 39, expressed her feelings for her boyfriend – 40-year-old Zachary Khan – in a video posted to her Instagram that showed the pair driving around the city at night.
'love u zachary,' Bynes captioned the clip, words that were simply put but packed an emotional punch.
The one-time star of such Hollywood classics as She's the Man and Love Wrecked was seen in the front seat while her boyfriend bobbed his head in the backseat.
While their conversation was muted, the song Camila Cabello and Playboi Carti's I LUV IT served as the video's soundtrack.

Bynes, who revealed in December that she had shed 28lbs with the help of Ozempic, showed off her signature thick black brows and nose ring while her blonde locks were pulled back from her face in a tight bun.
The lighting was dim but occasionally the camera would pan out to the street and city lights ahead of them.

The couple began dating around September 2025 and her 'level-headed' beau has been credited for keeping the troubled star calm and collected.

Sources previously told the Daily Mail that Khan has brought Bynes 'some stability' after she ended her engagement to Paul Michael for the second and final time in July 2022.
It's a refreshing shift for Bynes, who was placed under a nine-year conservatorship by her parents in 2013 following a string of erratic behavior, legal problems and drug abuse.
A California judge granted Bynes's petition to end her conservatorship in March 2022, but her mental health struggles were not completely behind her.
Just one year later, she was placed on a psychiatric hold after being found 'roaming the streets naked and alone,' TMZ reported at the time.
She was later released from a mental health facility following a three-week stay, as sources previously told the Daily Mail her split from Michael 'was a catalyst in her breakdown and that he is not a healthy and safe person for her to be around.'

In December she proudly informed her social media followers that she used to weigh 180lbs but had 'lost 28lbs on ozempic!'
Posting an image of herself, she said she was 'down to 152lbs,' adding: 'I know I still look big but this photo is really inspiring to me!'
She had announced last June that she was 'going on Ozempic,' amid the craze of weight loss injectables sweeping the entertainment industry.
By November, she revealed she had 'lost 20 pounds so far. I'm so excited about that, to be honest. Also, I want to lose about 50 more pounds.'

Speaking to fans via her Insta Stories, she specified that she was '163 now,' noting she 'actually shot up on the Ozempic pill, shot up to 180 from 173. So I was able to lose twenty pounds from 180 and now I'm down to 163 on the Ozempic injection.'
Bynes shared that the injectable was 'working' and she was 'trying to lose more weight just to feel skinny and cute.'
She had explained in 2024 that depression caused her to gain 20lbs, divulging that her ultimate goal was to return to her teenage weight of 110lbs.

The Easy A actress had lip fillers injected last August and in 2023 confirmed she had gotten excess skin surgically taken off her eyelids.

Among the many recent changes that she has made to her appearance was a tattoo she had applied last May of the Roman numeral X on one of her fingers.
