Bailey Smith surprised fans by popping up behind the bar at Public House in Melbourne on Thursday night.
The AFL superstar, 23, enjoyed trying out a very different profession as he kept busy at the gastro-pub and cocktail bar on Church Street.
Joining in with the AFL Grand Final festivities, Bailey looked pretty comfortable playing the position of barman as he poured a shot of vodka into a glass.
Bailey kept it casual in a Barry-branded blue and white shirt, which he styled with loose-fitting denim jeans, while his trademark blond mullet was perfectly coiffed.
The Western Bulldogs star also shared his excitement about seeing Katy Perry, who is set to perform at the Brisbane Lions vs Sydney Swans AFL Grand Final on Saturday.
‘Barry bar b**ch tonight. See ya soon Katy Perry,’ Bailey captioned a series of photos shared to his 337,000 Instagram followers.
US pop star Katy, 39, is set to sing a whole host of her smash hits in front of 100,000 AFL fans at the MCG, while Cody Simpson will perform the national anthem and Tina Arena will also perform.

Bailey’s stint behind the bar was to promote his drinks brand Barry, which he said has given him ‘focus’ while he was forced to sit out of the 2024 campaign after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament at training in December.
‘Barry has given me a creative outlet and I’ve spent many days going through mood boards and mock ups to get the right look,’ the co-owner told the Herald Sun.
‘This is just the beginning. This isn’t just a drink. We are building something bigger. Having business to focus on while rehabbing on my ACL has been a blessing in disguise and I can’t wait to get back out there next year.’
His passion project – a Japanese-inspired drink of shochu, vodka, and soda – has cut through the saturated Australian celebrity booze market and saw him take home the Coles Liquor supplier award.
He joined forces on the alcohol venture with fellow athletic superstars Nick and Josh Daicos, Charlie Curnow and NRL star Reece Walsh in 2023.
It was not his first night out on the town in recent weeks as he was seen downing shots at a Bondi bar surrounded by a bevy of women during a wild outing last week.
Bailey has been letting his hair down after officially telling the Western Bulldogs club that he wants to be traded after his absence from the 2024 campaign.
He could be snapped up by the likes of Geelong, Hawthorn and Collingwood, who are all said to be interested in securing his services next season.

The Bulldogs began exit meetings with the player last Monday, following their elimination final defeat to the Hawks.
His future has been a constant talking point, with it becoming clearer the longer the season went on that he wanted out of Whitten Oval.
‘Western Bulldogs midfielder Bailey Smith has informed the club of his desire to seek a trade this off-season,’ a statement read.
‘The 23-year-old is yet to nominate a preferred club.
‘Given Bailey’s immense talent, age and proven ability to influence games, the club will work diligently to ensure it is fairly compensated throughout the process.’
Bailey has played 103 AFL games since being drafted by the Bulldogs in 2018 and quickly forged a reputation as one of the competition’s elite midfielders due to his athleticism.
Elsewhere, Bailey also quietly separated from his girlfriend Gemma Dawkins earlier this year.
Bailey first confirmed their romance in May 2022 and they made their public debut as a couple on the 2023 Derby Day in Melbourne.
The private couple kept their relationship relatively under wraps ever since, but are now believed to have gone their separate ways.
They appear to have unfollowed each other on Instagram and Bailey last shared a photograph with Gemma in February during a romantic trip to New York.
