Adrian Portelli has given fans an update on his plans for a massive luxury penthouse in Melbourne.
The notorious Block bidder, 35, splashed out a staggering $39million for the property which is the heart of the CBD in a new twin tower development.
Taking to his stories on Thursday, the high-flying billionaire shared a video of the pad, which is currently being fitted out to Portelli’s specifications.
In the short clip, Portelli showed off the amazing view from the 57th-floor apartment, which features enormous floor-to-ceiling windows.
The video also shows a spiral staircase under construction and workers’ tools and equipment.
Also featured in the clip is the $2million Formula 1 race car Portelli craned into the apartment back in May.

‘Penthouse slowly getting there,’ the businessman wrote in the caption.
Portelli, who was branded ‘Mr Lambo’ on The Block last year, will reportedly use the penthouse as a weekender.
He is currently spending $6million on modifying and customising the 1200sqm sky home.
The businessman told realestate.com.au he decided to buy the apartment the same day he saw it because of ‘the security’ and it being a ‘blank canvas’.
He also admitted that a selling point was the penthouse’s direct link to the second tower, which will house a five-star Shangri-La hotel.
The hotel includes a bar with a see-though floor that features a bridge linking the two towers at a high level.
‘I’ve got a lift from my apartment that goes directly to the bar,’ Portelli said.
But Portelli said that despite it’s prime location – the ‘Sapphire by the Gardens’ twin-tower development on LaTrobe Street in the heart of the CBD – the property wont be his primary residence.

‘I don’t like city living,’ he told the publication, adding he prefers a laid-back lifestyle on the Gold Coast.
‘This will probably be a weekender.’
The outlet also reports that Portelli is planning to include four bedrooms inside the penthouse, as well as multiple kitchens, a cinema, indoor pool and a cigar bar.
Portelli has a track record of using social to flaunt his wealth – a reported net worth of $350million.
Earlier this week he made headlines after sharing photos of his private jet.
Known for his love of expensive ‘toys’ like exclusive luxury vehicles, Portelli purchased the aircraft earlier this year for an undisclosed sum.
One picture showed the jet parked on a tarmac awaiting takeoff.
‘This is a first. Getting charted on my own plane,’ he wrote in the caption.

Another photo showed the billionaire seated at a table inside the jet’s cabin alongside a friend.
Portelli also shared a video showing the jet’s cabin interior, which features polished painted cabinetry and large plush seats.
The reality star has been travelling the world in the sleek jet, which has his initials stamped on its tail, since he announced the extravagant purchase in March.
In June, the Herald Sun reported the twin-engine jet, a 2001 Bombardier Global Express, was last owned by the late Melbourne advertising man Harvey Mitchell.
An expert source informed Daily Mail Australia that Portelli could have spent as much as $15-16 million on the aircraft, which can accommodate 21 passengers and fly distances of up to 12,7137km nonstop.
Mitchell spent $5.6million purchasing the aircraft from Crown casinos in 2018, reported the AFR in 2018.
According to Global Air.com, the plane was first introduced to the market in 1991, and manufacturing ceased in 2006.
One hundred and fifty of the jets are still operational. Features include an air speed of 1126km/h, a full galley and entertainment system.

Portelli flaunted the luxury item while taking an overseas jaunt earlier this year.
In a series of pictures shared to his Instagram in July, the rich-lister told followers that ‘flying around the world in my private jet’, was a highlight of the trip.
He announced the purchase of the jet in March, posting a photo of himself standing in front of the breathtaking new investment as he held his one-month-old son.
‘I did a thing… Welcome to AIR AP,’ he boasted in the caption of the Instagram post.
Portelli, known for his high spending and lavish lifestyle, shares his ten-month-old son, Mercy, with girlfriend Karlie Butler.
The unique name pays homage to one of the first luxury cars Portelli purchased – a rare orange Lamborghini Murcielago valued at over $700,000.
Portelli and Butler have been together for more than a year, having met at a bar.
Unlike Adrian, Karlie prefers to stay out of the spotlight, leading a low-key life.
Portelli has made billions from his LMCT+ ‘rewards club’, which sees his customers pay for different tiers of membership to receive a number of entries in luxury giveaways.
He has been buying up The Block houses over the last three seasons and giving them away in his raffles, with the 2024 marking his biggest purchases yet.
He spent a grand total of $15.03million as he bought all of the luxury Phillip Island homes from the show’s 2024 season in a first ever on the program.
