has admitted he had his ‘moments’ in the I’m A Celebrity All Star camp after it was revealed he fell into a fit of rage with footballer, Jimmy Bullard, during filming for the show.
The Waterloo Road star, 37, jetted to South Africa with his fellow All Stars including , Harry Rednapp and in September for the show.
When asked how he found the experience, Thomas said: 'It was tough, there's no denying that and I feel like I had my moments in there, like we all did. I'm glad I did it, it's amazing to be back after 10 years.
‘I got such imposter syndrome, it's a lot to take in and it was a lot to take in. It was an experience to say the least but I'm glad that I did it.'
The father-of-one was joined at a Q&A session hosted by and Kemi Rogers at the Ham Yard Hotel at the launch of the upcoming show but Bullard, 47, was a no show as it’s reported the pair no longer speak.
Sean Walsh tried to insist they were all still friends, but former Queen of the Jungle Scarlett Moffatt revealed none of them used the group WhatsApp anymore.
The Gogglebox star, 35, said: ‘Let’s not lie on this stage. I think naturally, in a social setting like that, you are drawn to certain people over others.
‘That’s just life, we did all get on. But, there were peaks and troughs wasn’t there.’

The actor flew into a fit of rage while filming the pre-recorded series and the former footballer was left blindsided by the fallout which allegedly took place during a Bushtucker Trial.
Jimmy is said to have been unable to attend the series launch because of a prior engagement.
The argument is understood to have taken place in front of hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly after one of the stars was pushed to call: ‘I’m a celebrity, get me out of here’.
A source previously told the Sun: ‘Adam totally lost it. He started screaming at Jimmy, calling him a c*** and every other name under the sun.
‘It was completely unexpected and deeply shocked the other campmates, including Jimmy, who didn’t see it coming.’
It comes as Ant and Dec lifted the lid on the behind-the-scenes of a record-breaking FIVE HOUR eating trial on All Stars.
The spin-off first hit our screens back in 2023 and saw a number of celebrities return to the jungle for a second time to take part in the iconic gruesome Bushtucker Trials.
It was filmed in Kruger National Park, located in , unlike I'm A Celeb, which is located in Springbrook National Park, , Australia.
The new series will also see the return of the eating trials, this time the celebrity campmates taking a record-breaking FIVE HOURS to get through it.
At the star-studded launch for the ITV show, Ant and Dec, both 50, teased what's to come, including more 'drama and arguments' than ever seen before.

Ant said: 'The trials are physically bigger, and they are tougher than we have seen before because we have to really test them... we have made it tougher than ever.

But it was who got to the top spot, shortly followed by in second place, and in third.
