The actress, 48 — who recently opened up about her time on Desperate Housewives — carried the five-year-old boy after lunch with husband José Bastón.
The family dined together at the pricey Italian restaurant E Baldi and were later seen at the valet.
Longoria looked incredible rocking a makeup-free face and large designer sunglasses.
The film producer was the embodiment of quiet luxury in head-to-toe neutrals.

The brunette beauty swept her hair back in a bun and accessorized with shiny gold hoop earrings.
She kept her cellphone tucked away inside a crossbody holder.
Longoria kept Santiago wrapped in a cozy black blanket with white cartoon bunny heads on it.
He had on an adorable blue button-up and mini brown leather loafers for lunch with his parents.
The little one turned five in June.
Santiago is the first child for Eva, but the fifth for José, who was previously married to Mexican actress Natalia Esperon.
His other children are Natalia, born February 1996, and triplets Mariana, José and Sebastian, all born November 2016, however, Sebastian died shortly after being born.
When asked in a 2019 interview what the secret is to her happy marriage, Eva explained that she and her husband have respect for each other, and support each other’s goals and dreams.

The star said: ‘When I was younger it was so much about what I needed to accomplish.
‘I’ve accomplished so much already that I can really sit back now and enjoy the success and continue to dream bigger with a partner.’
The couple initially met on a December 2013 blind date arranged by a mutual friend in Mexico City, with Eva revealing her future husband had no idea who she was.
They got engaged in Dubai in December 2015 after going public with their relationship in November 2013.
In December 2017, the couple confirmed they were expecting their first child and in June 2018 they welcomed son Santiago.
Longoria was in full mom mode Thursday but earlier this week she enjoyed a rare evening out.
She attended the TIME Latino Leaders Event at Soulmate, Hollywood, with her husband José on Wednesday.
For the occasion, the actress wowed in a stylish sheer blouse which featured a long necktie which flowed to her hips.
She kept the look modest as she paired the garment with a vest top and a matching high-waisted culottes.
