According to his death certificate, obtained by TMZ, his ’cause of death is listed as cardiac arrest.’
Additionally, the document listed ‘congestive heart failure as an underlying cause of death.’
The television legend, who was behind iconic series such as All in the Family, was a 101, at the time of his death.
