YouTuber Alysha Burney’s brother shuts down ‘false narratives’ after her death in Mexico at age 25

YouTuber Alysha Burney’s brother Charles Burney has clarified what really happened to her when she suddenly died when on vacation.

Alysha passed away on March 2 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, one day before her 25th birthday. 

The vibrant star’s life came to an end from health issues and not because she was partying too hard, her brother shared. 

Charles explained that Alysha died after having an asthma attack in her sleep. 

He told DailyMail.com that she never did drugs and was a ‘hard-working woman’ who loved life and her success; she had five million followers from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

He continued that there was ‘misinformation online based on speculation.’

It was added: ‘These sources lack credibility and should not be believed. My sister did not engage in environments that would lead to such situations.’

Earlier he took to Instagram to express how frustrated he is with false claims about Alysha. 

‘It is extremely difficult seeing all of the false narratives trying to defame her legacy,’ he wrote in the March 10 statement.

‘And we are ready to take legal action for those continuing to spread false information regarding her passing.’

He continued, ‘We know so many people care about her and will share more information soon but just give us some time and please stop harassing the family. 

‘Her legacy will still live on FOREVER!!’

Charles also asked for privacy for him and his family during this difficult time. 

People can die from asthma attacks in their sleep. A severe asthma attack, particularly if left untreated or poorly managed, can be fatal, and while it can happen at any time, asthma attacks can sometimes worsen or occur at night, leading to potential nighttime death.

It is called Nocturnal Asthma. Asthma symptoms, including wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath, are often worse at night, a condition known as nocturnal asthma.

As people sleep, their airways may narrow, making it harder to breathe and increasing airflow resistance, potentially triggering or worsening asthma symptoms.

The pinup beauty with a sense of humor was doing well as her career was on a high. 

The social media maven owned her own production company in Kansas City called ABurneyProductions. 

And there were several projects like movies in the works for this year, DailyMail.com has learned. 

‘Alysha was very goal-oriented, creative, and passionate about giving back,’ Charles told Fox said of his sister.

 ‘She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Digital Media Production and was working towards her graduate degree.’

He added, ‘She was not selfish with her knowledge and was a very open book about her journey.

‘She will always be dearly loved, and her legacy will live on forever.’
