The American actress sported a seamless black sports bra and matching workout leggings.
She completed the look with a pair of chunky black trainers and styled her dark tresses up in a loose ponytail.
Olivia put her essentials in a cream shoulder bag and draped a jacket over her arm.
She further accessorised with a pair of trendy black shades and went make-up-free for the intense workout session.
Her outing comes after she attended the LA Lakers Game with her new man Dane DiLiegro, 36, last month.

The House actress shared a cuddle with the actor and former basketball player as she looked engrossed by the action at the Crypto.com Arena.
Olivia looked animated throughout the evening and at one point raised her hands in the air before putting them over her face in shock as the Lakers beat the Golden State Warriors 120-112.
The loved-up pair were joined by a host of fellow celebrities, including Hollywood actor Ben Affleck, 52, who was joined by son Samuel as he moves on while his divorce from his second wife Jennifer Lopez proceeds.
Olivia and Dane’s appearance at the big game comes after insiders told MailOnline that she had ‘finally moved on from her breakup’ with the British singer Harry Styles, 30, after taking time off from dating to ‘focus on herself and her family’.
‘After the Harry breakup, she really took time off dating and away from the spotlight to focus on herself and her family,’ they said. ‘She got way too caught up in that and their relationship became a public spectacle.’
Moving forward, the Don’t Worry Darling star is reportedly determined not to ‘make this mistake ever again’.

Her split from Harry came after the end of her nine-year relationship with Jason Sudeikis which also ‘took a toll on her and was even more difficult because there were children involved.’
The former couple, who dated from 2011 to 2020, share son Otis, 10, and daughter Daisy, eight.
‘She keeps her private life and her love life private because she knows that this is the only way something will last,’ the source said.
Olivia reportedly ‘finds Dane incredibly attractive, and they have a lot in common’.

Olivia’s new man is an actor and retired athlete, who previously played professional basketball for eight seasons for teams in Italy and Israel.
In college, he played college basketball at the University of New Hampshire before going pro.
Among his career highlights is winning a gold medal with Team USA as a basketball player at the 18th Maccabiah Games in 2009 in Israel.
Dane, who is six-foot-eight, holds US, Italian, and Israeli citizenship and currently resides in Los Angeles.
In his off time, he served as an apprentice under famed Tuscan butcher Dario Cecchini for multiple years.
In 2019, he hosted a travel series on YouTube called Adventure Monday.
He has since gone on to appear in various productions like American Horror Stories, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Sweet Home, and the 2022 film Prey.
Olivia and Dane first sparked dating rumours in January after they were seen looking cosy at a basketball game between the Lakers and the Boston Celtics.
