Married at First Sight star Jules Robinson has hit back at a troll who claimed that her son Oliver, four, had passed away.

The 42-year-old took to Instagram on Monday to address a cowardly keyboard warrior who made the false and hurtful comments about her boy, who she shares with husband Cam Merchant.

Shared to a MAFS fan site the troll had used a picture of Cam and Jules welcoming their son in 2020 with the caption: ‘RIP Oliver’.

The nasty troll added ‘Could this be the end? Cam Merchant blames son’s tragic death on partner Jules Robinson. Epl update.’

Jules shared the cruel post and added her own comment: ‘Ok I’ve had some pretty awful and untrue things said about me…but this is the worst.

‘Whoever wrote this is you should be ashamed of yourself. If you see please report. A family member shared this with me; it’s an MAFS fan page.’

Jules also shared a video to her stories in which she could be seen holding her seven-month-old baby Carter James while urging users to ‘stop and think’ before posting ‘stupid comments’.

‘Okay, you know what the funny thing is? On Friday, I spoke at an event, and I had a lot of questions about trolling and how I deal with it,’ a tearful Jules began.

She continued: ‘And you know what nine times out of ten, I’m always fine

‘I’ve done enough work on myself to be able to protect myself and to always know that generally they’re always about how I look or how I dress or whatever.

‘You know what? That does not bother me at all. But to come at my family and to say something so awful.

‘And the point that you’ve gone to source photos of [Oliver] as a baby…like what is the purpose of this?

‘It’s just insane and people just need to stop and think before they do such stupid things.

‘So yeah I am upset and I am human and that is not fair to write things like that about my children so who ever you are @#$%^ you are an absolute moron.’

It comes after Cameron Merchant and Jules Robinson recently shared a harrowing family hospital experience.

The couple, who appeared on the 2019 season of the popular Seven reality show, revealed they had to rush their son Oliver to Northern Beaches hospital on Monday night.

Taking to Instagram last month, Cam, 40, shared an image that showed Jules, 42, doting on her injured son.

Little Oliver sat bravely on a hospital bed sporting a plaster on his face while Jules offered him a treat.

Cameron explained that his son was a little overzealous during play time.

‘Didn’t expect to be here on a Monday evening,’ he wrote.

‘3 stitches later side of cheek…balance beam fail…tough lesson…balance better.’

Jules also took to her Instagram to share a short clip that showed the patient happily chatting in the car after leaving the hospital.

Captioning the cute clip, Jules revealed that it was her little trooper’s fourth hospital visit in as many years. ‘3 stitches later,’ she wrote.

‘He is such a little bruiser. 4 big hospital runs in 4 years. Stacked into the balance beam at day care. He was so brave.’

The 2019 Married At First Sight lovebirds, who have gone to strength-to-strength since the show aired, welcomed Oliver in October 2020.

They then added to their family, in July last year, with the arrival of their second son Carter James.

Confirming his birth, Jules shared an array of heartwarming snaps of herself, Cam and their son Ollie doting over the newborn baby.

The proud mother said the name Carter ‘holds spiritual significance by embodying leadership, wisdom, responsibility, and creativity, representing service, ideals, and community spirit’.

After almost six years together, Jules and Cam recently opened up about their experience on MAFS and revealed how it can leave participants a ‘shell’ of a person.

‘The reason why we feel it did go so well for us was because we did so much work on ourselves as individuals prior. So the universe was like, “Okay, now you’re ready for it”,’ Cam told Yahoo Lifestyle in August.

Jules added: ‘We’re forever grateful for our experience.

‘It was tough, we both broke into tears in there, but we’re really grateful for such a fun, amazing experience that led to all this.’
