Coleen Rooney turns heads in a sexy sheer lace gown as she joins husband Wayne at star-studded charity ball

Coleen Rooney turned heads as she joined her husband Wayne at The Michael Carrick Foundation charity ball in Manchester on Thursday night.

The I’m A Celebrity Star, 38, wowed in a black sheer lace gown that showed off her incredible figure.

She teamed the racy ensemble with an oversized black blazer draped over her shoulders and added inches to her slender frame with a pair of black court heels.

The beauty finished her look off with minimal accessories and toted her belongings in a stylish black clutch bag. 

Meanwhile Wayne, 39, looked dapper in a black suit which he styled with a simple black jumper.

The pair looked in high spirits as they posed for photos while leading the celebrities at the star-studded event.

Host and former footballer Michael exuded sophistication in a black textured blazer paired with grey trousers.

His wife Lisa Carrick dazzled in a sleek navy blue slip dress that showed off her chic sense of style.

Ex-England footballer Jill Scott made a bold fashion statement in a striking black metallic jumpsuit.

She was seen posing for photos alongside a pal, who looked opted for a burgundy blazer layered over a black button-up shirt and smart trousers.

Former footballer Phil Bardsley looked dapper in a classic navy blue suit, perfectly complementing his wife, Tanya Bardsley, who stole the show in a vibrant, figure-hugging orange gown.

Manchester boxing champion Anthony Crolla and his wife, Fran Sanderson, looked happier than ever as they cosied up for photos on the red carpet.

Also at the event was several other football icons, including Jonny Evans, who attended with his wife, Helen McConnell. 

Leon Osman arrived with his wife Jenny Osman, while John O’Shea was joined by his partner Yvonne Manning. 

The event was held to raise funds for the Michael Carrick Foundation, which strives to empower young people by unlocking their sporting potential and helping them become positive role models in their communities.

With a deep commitment to giving back, football star Michael aims to provide opportunities for youngsters to thrive, particularly in the communities closest to his heart – Greater Manchester and Tyne and Wear.

It comes after Coleen and Wayne landed back in the UK on Monday with their four sons Kai, 15, Klay, 11, Kit, nine, and Cass, six, and her parents Colette and Tony.

Coleen and her children had travelled to Dubai to support Wayne, where he was coaching at a luxury £8,000 football camp.

But the family have since jetted back to the UK together as it appears the Manchester United legends temporary gig has wrapped up.

With Wayne’s new job, it appears Coleen has been left to continue managing their household back at their Cheshire home.

She recently revealed her husband had started taking their children to school as he adjusted to life without a job after being sacked as the manager of Plymouth Argyle.

She said that Wayne had been tasked with the school run now that he has returned to their £20million family home and is able to spend more time with their four kids.

However, she has previously admitted that she can never get her husband to contribute to the housework.

Speaking at her launch recently, the WAG said: ‘It’s great now that Wayne’s back home as well, so we are sharing [the school run].’

‘So I’ve been able to either, y’know, Wayne will do the school run, and I’ll get an early gym session in.’
