Allison Holker was arrested in the past for ‘public intoxication’ and ‘disorderly conduct,’ years before she accused her late husband Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss of drug addiction.
In a recent interview with People magazine, Allison, 36, revealed she had learned about Stephen’s drug addiction right before his funeral.
The dancer said she had uncovered a ‘cornucopia’ of drugs hidden inside his shoeboxes, including mushrooms, pills and ‘other substances’ she had to look up on her phone.
Years before this, she, herself, was arrested after causing a disturbance at Salt Lake City International Airport on September 14, 2018 around 11:30pm.
In a police report, exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, a narrative from a police officer stated that Delta Airline staff members made a call to cops after they found her ‘unconscious’ on the plane and attempted to wake her up.
After she exited the plane, staff explained to her that she should be medically examined by paramedics, but she got ‘angry with Delta for them thinking she was unconscious’ and saw it as a ‘personal attack against her.’

The police report detailed how Holker exhibited ‘belligerent behavior’ and was ‘very intoxicated’ after flying to Salt Lake City International Airport

Allison received backlash after accusing her late husband Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss of drug addiction, which has not been revealed to the public until nowย
When police arrived, they found the former Dancing with the Stars pro – who left the show in 2016 – ‘very intoxicated’ and seen ‘yelling at Delta Employees.’ย
The cops ‘quickly smelled a strong odor of alcohol’ and observed she had ‘blood-shot and glossy eyes.’
The situation escalated, according to police, and she began ‘raising her voice, shouting vulgarities and drawing attention from all passengers and personnel in the concourse.’
At one point, she ‘called her husband,’ her now-late husband Stephen Boss – who died by suicide on December 13, 2022ย – and complained to him about ‘being unfairly treated’ as she was surrounded by six firemen and policemen.
According to the report, she would not let cops touch ‘her f**king phone,’ and so she put Boss on speaker – but she interfered when cops and medics tried talking to him.
Allison refused to answer questions from the medics to dispel any concern that she was suffering from a medical emergency and ‘not a danger to herself.’
She refused to answer simple questions, such as, ‘What day is it?’ and ‘Do you know where you are,’ so the fire captain had to step in and ‘forcibly grab her phone from her hands against her will.’
The police report continued, ‘Allison Boss’ tumultuous behavior escalated to the level where police had to take action and remove her from this public place.’

The Salt Lake City police officer ‘placed handcuffs on her wrists’ as she ‘resisted arrest.’ย
A search was performed on her and she ‘appeared to have a difficult time standing up straight,’ and she ‘almost lost her balance and fell backwards’ at one point.ย
The investigation continued at the police station after she was transported there from the airport.ย
Once at the station, police ‘made several more attempts to help Allison understand what was going on,’ but she was ‘not responding in a rational manner and was not able to answer questions appropriately.’
She eventually gave police her mother’s phone number and after making contact with her mom, the Utah native was eventually released and charged with ‘public intoxication’ and ‘disorderly conduct’ around 4am on September 15, 2018.
However, she was almost taken to jail because of her ‘continued belligerent behavior and unwillingness to cooperate.’
‘As I was preparing to transport her to jail, I made one last attempt to explain to her what needed to be accomplished in order to release her. She decided to listen and cooperate with her release procedures,’ the police stated.
They concluded, ‘Allison turned a routine and simple evaluation by medical staff into a volatile and tumultuous incident that caused much public alarm.’

Allison’s disorderly conduct and public intoxication case was dismissed in October 2021ย

Allison’s arraignment was scheduled for September 28, but she failed to appear so a warrant for her arrest was issued on October 2.
After there was no activity with the case for three years, a ‘Notice of Order to Show Cause on Cases with Aging Pre-Adjudication Warrants’ was filed in Salt Lake County.
Allison’s warrant was recalled and the case was ultimately dismissed on October 20, 2021.

The choreographer married ‘tWitch’ in December 2013 at a winery in Paso Robles, California.ย
They welcomed two children together:ย Maddox, 8, and Zaia, 5.
Allison’s daughter Weslie, 16 – whoย recently defended her mom against the book’s backlash – was adopted by Stephen after they got married.
The author of the upcoming memoir,ย This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, has received a lot of backlash after releasing private journal entries from Boss’ past, including a part in which he suggests he was sexually abused by a male figure during his childhood.

Stephen’s mom Connie released a statement last week about Allison’s upcoming book, calling the dancer’s claims ‘misleading and hurtful’

A source told DailyMail.com that Boss’ family is ‘fired up’ and ‘won’t be sitting back much longer.’ They also are ‘furious’ that they were not given an advanced copy of the book, which is set to be released on February 4.
In response to the backlash,ย Allison released a statement in which she stressed her ‘only intention’ in writing the 240-page memoir was for other people to ‘catch some [of] the red flags that I missed before it’s too late.’
‘My hope is that we don’t need to lose another husband, brother, father, or friend to suicide,’ she wrote via her Instagram Story last week.
‘I believe that if Stephen were able to choose, he would choose to have his story told if it meant saving even one life. Much love to all those who have supported our family these many years.’
Allison, who is now dating Adam Edmunds, claimed she’s ‘donating all the proceeds’ of the book to her mental health focused foundation Move with Kindness, which she started in Stephen’s honor.
Shortly after her statement, tWitch’s mom Connie Boss Alexander took to Instagram to release a statement about the ‘misleading and hurtful claims’ about her son.
She said the family is ‘absolutely appalled’ and that the ‘untruths about Stephen have crossed every line of decency.’
Details of an NDA that family members were ‘forced’ to sign at Boss’ funeral have been revealed. The NDA reportedly prevents the family from profiting off of his life story.
