The Block judge Shaynna Blaze did not mince words during Sunday’s shock episode, when she called out a ‘nasty’ detail in Maddy and Charlotte’s bathroom design.
The interior designer, 61, was inspecting the sisters finished bathroom alongside fellow judges Marty Fox and Darren Palmer, when she noticed the shock detail.
The Sydney-based sisters had installed a toilet next to a clear glass door that exited to the yard, meaning anyone using the bathroom would have no privacy.
‘Great idea having a glass door, but not so everyone could look through! You need a frosted door. That’s nasty!’ Shaynnna sniped.
‘It feels not very private. I don’t know about you, but I like my privacy,’ Darren added.
The siblings later told the camera they suspected they would get ‘roasted’ over their bathroom design, and admitted they were feeling ‘drained’ from their stint on the series.
This is not the first time the sisters have been roasted by the judges over the location of the toilet, as last month Marty Fox questioned why they would place it next to the guest bathroom entrance.
‘Having that toilet the moment you walk in, as opposed to being hidden by the vanity, I think they’re actually the wrong way around,’ Marty told them.
