That's right, it's Stephen Jones, from the band Babybird.

Stephen formed the band back in 1995 and looked worlds apart from when he sported blond floppy hair in his heyday.

The band's most famous anthem was called You're Gorgeous and has the lyrics: 'Remember that tanktop you bought me, You wrote "you're gorgeous" on it. You took me to your rented motorcar, And filmed me on the bonnet...'

The song, from the album Ugly Beautiful, got to Number Two in the charts.

The singer has previously revealed the single is a feminist song in an interview with the Guardian.

He said: 'I wrote the basic skeleton in 30 minutes. The music is very simple and lullaby-esque, a bit of an earworm.

'The lyrics came quickly because the verses are quite barbed, so I wanted to sweeten them with a chorus to suck people in.

'The band thought it was a bit of a joke, but the record company thought: "You’re gorgeous – fantastic!’ Even though the verses are insidious”. I don’t think a man can call himself a feminist, but it’s meant to be a feminist song.'

He explaind that when he was growing up, he would regularly see images of bikini-clad women draped over the bonnets of cars.

In 2020, while promoting his album Photosynthesis, Stephen spoke about going on tour after suffering a heart attack and how much his family mean to him

Stephen explained that he wanted to flip it round and see how the male photographer would feel if he were in that position in a thong, to point out how gross it is.

In 2020, while promoting his album Photosynthesis, Stephen spoke about going on tour after suffering a heart attack and how much his family mean to him.

He is married to wife Alison and they have children Delphie and Gabe together.

He told Sun 13: 'About six months after it, I realised I just had to take care of myself. My attitude has always been that I work at home and I’m an at-home dad.

'I think the heart attack just made me feel even more that I had to concentrate on those important things. My children and my family are what make the difference.

'I enjoy the gigs but there is no pressure on them. I just want them to be fun for the people that do come after 27/28 years.'
