A 90s heartthrob who starred on Beverly Hills, 90210 but is now saving lives was spotted during a rare sighting.

Now 56, this actor was in his early 20s when he played Ray Pruit, Donna Martin's abusive boyfriend.

Two years before he landed that role, he was serenading his way on the small screen in the musical drama show The Heights.

This Hollywood hunk even made showbiz legend  swoon; they were engaged for two years.

He has since traded the red carpet for a private life out of the spotlight as a firefighter paramedic. Last week, he was spotted organizing his equipment at his place in County.

Can you guess who this former actor is?

Walters would go on to play himself in 2019's BH90210, the comedy series that saw the cast play heightened versions of themselves as they rebooted their original series.

Walters played Ray for 40 episodes on the show and was 'bummed' to learn his character would end up becoming abusive towards Donna.

However, he is happy to be part of a discussion that raises awareness towards domestic violence.

'I was like, "Ah man, I don't think this is going to work out so good,"' he recalled. 'And it didn't. I was bummed, I didn't want to see Ray turn that way, but I think they were trying to bring up some important messages about domestic violence and get people talking about that.

'So if I could have any input on that, get people talking about it, that was good.'

The actor was also engaged to Drew Barrymore, an ex he clearly thinks highly of despite their split.

'We ended up living together and were engaged for a little while. That was a fun time in my life. She was great, we had a great relationship together,' he told The Sun.

Even Barrymore seems to harbor no hard feelings against her ex.

'Oh my god, Jamie Walters! My boyfriend at the time,' Barrymore recalled on her talk show in 2023 during an interview with Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth. 'I totally dated Jamie Walters. I was engaged to him.'

'I loved working with him. He was such a good guy,' Spelling said.
