The 45-year-old star underwent breast augmentation in 2014, and the 90210 actress has now shared her surgery plans.

'I'm 45. I've never done threads. I've never done any kind of surgery. I mean my boobs. Yes,' she said during an appearance on The Morgan Stewart Show.

The daughter of music producer clarified that she hasn't undergone surgery a second time. But she acknowledged that she may need to soon.

'You know what's unbelievable? And this is a cautionary tale. I have, like, no feeling in my nipples. So guys, if you're doing this, if you're thinking about it, do not go through the nipple,' said the actress who has worked with .

She jokingly added: 'I need my nipples back, OK? So, if you're listening and can give me my nipples back, I'll pay.'

The star, whose stepmother is 42-year-old Katharine McPhee, thinks it's easy to fall into the trap of comparing herself to other people.

She said: 'We cannot look at what other people do and then go, "I want to do that" because our anatomy does not allow itself.

'I was told I have a very low brow. I was told at 25 by my dermatologist, "You're going to need a brow lift one day." I've never been so offended in my life.'

Foster has become more cautious about treatments in recent years.

The former reality TV star explained: 'If the wrong Botox comes near me, it will bring everything down. I have a very complicated forehead. [I do] nothing in the cheeks. But I'll tell you what I do, which I swear by. I do Sculptra in my temples.'

The CSI actress also recalled having a panic attack as she approached turning 40. She reflected: 'You know what the hardest year for me was? 39.

'I had a f****** panic attack,' added the part-time model. 

'You've got one more year. Why are you not happy? Why do you not have all the things you want? Why don't you wake up every day feeling fulfilled? … I felt my prettiest at 38. 38 is the prettiest year.'

During an appearance on the Let’s Be Honest podcast, Sara explained: 'It’s not easy coming into this family. It’s not easy, and I think they’ve gotten so much, not s***, but the age difference.'

The star explained that the decision to tie the knot was not a spur-of-the-moment one for the loved-up couple.

She said: 'Everyone has an opinion about something. They’re 12 years in, and they are happy … She’s a fully consenting lady, this is not, like, some child bride. She is in her 40s.'

The pal of Gwyneth Paltrow thinks McPhee has dealt 'really well' with the challenges of being a stepmother.

Foster - whose mother is Rebecca Dyer, David's second wife - explained: 'I think it’s hard being a stepparent, obviously. I think you want to ride the line of wanting your partner’s kids to like you and wanting to show up as a motherly figure. But you also have to have respect for the real mom … the biological mom.

'I think it’s a tough balance, and I think she does it really well.'

McPhee previously insisted that the loved-up couple 'don't care' about their age gap.

The brunette beauty explained that while other people often raise their age-gap as a potential issue, the loved-up couple don't allow the chatter to affect them or their relationship.

McPhee - who was the runner-up on the fifth season of American Idol in 2006 - shared: 'Of course, some people think it's a thing, but we don't - we don't care.

'Here's the thing about social media [and] people who make comments ... You have to remind yourself that they make that comment and five seconds later, they're not thinking about you anymore.'
