Former 90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson has gone under the knife for a major makeover.
The 38-year-old, who appeared on the hit TLC series with ex-husband Jay Smith, now 26, underwent a breast implant reduction and liposuction on her arms by Texas-based surgeon Dr. Robert Najera – best known as ‘Dr. Dallas’ on social media.
Speaking to DailyMail.com about the procedures, the mom-of-two said that she was feeling better than ever following her latest nips and tucks.
‘I had implants from 10 years ago that needed to be replaced and they were a little bigger than I wanted them when I got them done, so I went a little smaller this time,’ she explained.
‘I have a very tiny waist and I had a huge chest, so I couldn’t find clothes to fit me,’ she continued.

The mom-of-two also had liposuction done on her arms to make them slimmer
‘And I own a hair salon and I work behind a chair as well, so overall I just did not want them as big as they turned out originally.’
The blonde beauty said the recovery process had been ‘great’ so far and that she was back on her feet shopping within two days of the surgery.
‘I barely had any pain and [Dr. Najera] did a great job, he really did,’ she added.
When it comes to further procedures, Ashley said that she was ‘done for now’ but hasn’t ruled anything out in the future.
‘I’m sure I’ll probably be back for something,’ she laughed.
One thing Ashley is sure about is that she’ll never return to the 90 Day Fiance franchise ever again.

‘I did not love reality TV. I’m kind of a sensitive person and the social media… I just wish we had been educated way more on dealing with the public and stuff before the show came out,’ she said.
‘So it just really put a bad taste in my mouth, and TLC put a bad taste in my mouth, so if I did reality TV again it would definitely not be for that network.’
Ashley also said that ‘a lot of editing’ went into the show to misrepresent storylines, leading to her getting backlash from viewers.
She also confirmed that she has ‘no contact’ with ex-husband Jay anymore.
‘I don’t even know if he’s alive to be honest with you,’ she said.
‘His tattoo shop was in my name, so last August the lease was up so that was my only tie to him, so I haven’t spoke to him since then.’

She met Jay at a friend’s wedding in Jamaica and believed he was actually 26.
After bringing him back to her hometown in Pennsylvania and getting married, Ashley discovered that Jay had a secret Tinder account.
During the course of the series, he was also accused of having sex with somebody in a tattoo parlor.
They split several times before finalizing their divorce for good in 2021.
‘Before the stories get all misconstrued I will just address it myself,’ Ashley announced at the time.
‘Jay and I have made the decision to separate for good. I thought I was stronger and more forgiving but I’m not.
‘Sometimes when trust is broken, it just cannot be repaired. I wish Jay the best and we are both on the same page with this.’
