90 Day Fiancé's Thais Ramone will not face further trouble following her arrest Friday in connection with a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery, which has been dropped.

Ramone, 29, was taken into custody on May 22 in on the misdemeanor, amid reports her spouse Patrick Mendes, 36, had filed for divorce, according to legal records reviewed by the Daily Mail. The estranged couple share daughter Aleesi, three. 

A representative for Ramone, who has been wed to Mendes for four years, told TMZ in a statement that the reality star was 'choosing to move forward with grace and focus on her family during an incredibly emotional and personal time.'

Addressing the arrest, the representative said that 'while there was a misdemeanor allegation made, the charge was ultimately dropped by the District Attorney, which speaks for itself.

'Situations involving relationships and family dynamics are rarely black and white, and she has no interest in escalating negativity publicly.'

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Ramone and the Clark County District Attorney for further comment on the story.

Ramone was described as 'a devoted mother, deeply family-oriented, and someone who has always led with heart' in the statement from her rep.

Ramone, 29, was taken into custody on May 22 in Las Vegas on the misdemeanor, amid reports her spouse Patrick Mendes, 36, had filed for divorce 

Thais seen at an event for TLC late last year in NYC 

In the divorce filing, Mendes said he made about $10,000 monthly, twice the income of the estimated $5,000 a month Ramone was pulling in. He requested to retain a vehicle, bedding and a Fidelity 401K in the split.

Ramone and Mendes began appearing on TLC's 90 Day Fiancé in 2022 during the show's ninth season.

The storyline centered on Ramone moving from her native Brazil to the U.S. amid her romance with Mendes.

The duo were subsequently seen on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After's eighth season.

They are slated to be featured on 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort, which will chronicle time they spent in couple counseling.
