An actress from the Jennifer Garner movie 13 Going On 30 was reportedly arrested for being drunk and disorderly.

According to TMZ, Brittany Curran showed up to a police station in Burbank, California by herself without a clue to how she got there or why she even went.
The actress was reportedly so drunk she could barely speak or respond to questions and was ultimately deemed a safety risk.
The site also claimed that the 35-year-old had 'symptoms of alcohol intoxication' so she was booked at the station.
The site did not explain if she was given a breathalyzer test or was drug tested for the date rape drug Rohypnol, which can make a victim appear drunk.

Her last post to Instagram was on Super Bowl Sunday on February 8 where she shared commentary on the game.
The star from Weymouth, Massachusetts, started her career as a child actress. Her first role was in 2001 on MadTV when she was only 11-years-old.

Next came parts on Power Rangers Wild Force, Complete Savages and Go Figure. Then there was a role as Lindsey on the soap opera The Young And The Restless.
Curran appeared as Carly on two episodes of the tween show Drake & Josh in 2006 and 2007.

In 2004 she landed a small role in the popular movie 13 Going On 30 which featured Garner as well as Mark Ruffalo. Curran played one of the teenagers who was cruel to the young version of Garner's character.

In 2009, Curran was cast as Lucy Tranelli in the series Men Of A Certain Age; she played the daughter of Ray Romano's character.
Curran also had roles in the films Akeelah and the Bee, The Haunting Hour: Don't Think About It, The Uninvited and Legally Blondes.
She also showed up in the film Dear White People.

In 2017, Curran joined the cast of The Magicians on SyFy playing Fen, the Fillorian wife of Eliot.
In May 2025 Deadline announced she would be playing Julia Winters opposite Joey Lawrence and Beverly D'Angelo in the film The Heart Brake.
Filming took place during the summer of 2025 and the movie is now in post production.
