Zoë Kravitz said she was amazed how her friend Taylor Swift behaves normally after stadium performances on Thursday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC.
The 35-year-old actress and director, who recently got engaged to actor Channing Tatum, recounted her experience attending Taylor’s concert at Wembley Stadium in London.
‘It’s crazy,’ Zoë told Jimmy. ‘I mean, I’m not surprised, because Taylor is scary talented at everything she does, so it’s not surprising that she’s so good. But what is weirder actually to me, is that after she performs for however many thousands of people that is, you know, she just comes over after, and like, we drink some wine, and like, eat a burger, and like, hang out.’
Zoë marveled at Taylor’s ability to seamlessly transition from global superstar to just another friend.
‘You would just never know that she just performed at Wembley,’ she added.

‘There are a lot of famous people who like, don’t let you forget that they’re famous, you know what I mean? Like, they just …they bring Wembley home with them if that makes sense,’ Zoë explained. ‘She really just turns into a normal person. It’s pretty crazy.’
Jimmy, 49, agreed Taylor’s normality was impressive after performing for more than 70,000 people.
Zoë, who wore a black lace camisole and tan skirt, appeared on the show to promote her new film Blink Twice that she co-wrote, co-produced and directed. The film comes out nationwide in theaters on Friday. Jimmy congratulated her on the movie.
‘I want to also say congratulations to you on your engagement to Channing Tatum,’ Jimmy said.
‘Oh thanks,’ Zoë said smiling.
‘That’s my buddy,’ Jimmy said.
‘He’s my buddy,’ Zoë said.
‘I love both you guys,’ said Jimmy, who then played a video of her and Channing, 44, dancing at Taylor’s concert.

Jimmy then said that her new movie was already getting good reviews. Jimmy said he saw the movie and it was scary and was an entertaining psychological thriller.
‘It is a roller coaster of emotions,’ Zoë said. ‘There are elements in it that are very fun. But there are also, we explore these themes – power, the abuse of power, sexual abuse – so it is important that the audience does know that going in. I do want the audience to feel taken care of and safe.’
Jimmy said Channing, who also is a co-producer of the film, was great in it.
‘He’s scary in it,’ Zoë said.
Jimmy then played a clip from the movie. Zoë explained the story was about a waitress who meets a tech billionaire who recently had to apologize for some questionable behavior. She said the billionaire invites the waitress to an island he bought and she soon figures out things are not as they seem.
Jimmy also did a cute skit with Zoë and Sabrina Carpenter, 25, who was also on the show, where they acted as characters in a show he called ‘Ew!’ where they pretended to be girlfrie
