Zendaya is adding ‘media mogul’ to her resume as she promotes her hotly-anticipated new movie.
The Golden Globe winner, 27, launched Challengers magazine on Monday with close pal and ‘image architect’ Law Roach, celebrating her new Luca Guadagnino-helmed film of the same name.
‘@zendaya and I made OUR own magazine!!!’ wrote Roach, 45, on his Instagram Story with one of the two covers.
He’s listed as the magazine’s global fashion director in the credits, which also show Zendaya is editor-in-chief.
In addition to tagging the magazine’s Instagram profile, they also linked to a new profile for Zendaya’s movie character Tashi Duncan.

‘Y’all ready to see @therealtashiduncan on her first magazine cover???? The inaugural cover of @challengersmagazine drops tomorrow,’ Roach previously wrote with the other cover.
Zendaya — who is co-chairing the Met Gala this year — posed in character as Tashi, donning an Annie’s Ibiza pearl satin dress featuring a strapless corset.
The long skirt opened at the front, showing off her gorgeous legs in a pair of matching Louboutin heels.
She posed with a tennis racquet and balls while sparkling in some Bulgari jewels.
‘Tashi Duncan is in a league of her own, dominating tennis beyond the court through business, fashion, philanthropy and so much more,’ reads an excerpt from the feature ‘She Is in Charge’, which Roach shared to Instagram.
Tashi’s Insta also posted the shoot, which she called ‘an honor’ in the caption.
‘Had the pleasure of being styled by the incredible @luxurylaw for @challengersmagazine. More coming soon,’ the fictional character wrote in another post.
For the shoot, Zendaya also sported a green sequined Hui dress, a strapless blue Vivienne Westwood gown, a preppy ensemble by Longchamp and more.
Challengers follows Tashi, a retired tennis pro who coached her husband Art (Mike Faist) to grand slam status after an injury took her out of the sport.
Most recently, Zendaya wore a chic dress by Greek designer Celia Kritharioti that was intricately beaded with the movie’s poster
