Louise paired the gown with sleek silver glittery heels and kept her brunette locks down in a straight style, tucked behind her ears.
Sam Thompson took to Instagram to give a red carpet sending off to his sister Louise and girlfriend Zara.
He shared a snap of him with the two beauties as he declared he was ‘a rose betwixt two thorns’.

Glamour returned for another year to celebrate some of the biggest names in music, television, film, and sport.
The event, which is sponsored by Samsung and the new Galaxy Ring, honours the activists and record-breakers who are leading the charge for women’s equality.
Past winners have included Kim Cattrall, Naomi Campbell and Victoria Beckham.
Award winning comedian Katherine Ryan has once again returned to host the ceremony in west London – for the fourth year in a row.
