The new bloke in Zana’s life is real estate investor and developer William Vavasis.
William recently bought, via his company Vavasis Family Group, the luxury hotel Carmel at Sorrento for $10million.
It was the largest Sorrento property transaction in a decade.
After Brighton spies tipped us off to Zana and William being a couple, we trawled through her old European holiday snaps and noticed some interesting slip-ups.
While Zana had gone to some lengths to portray it as just a family trip, it looks like she also spent time with William at the famous Mykonos beach club Scorpios.
Exhibit one: A photo of William, clad in a breezy black shirt and sunglasses, posing at sunset against the backdrop of the beach.
A video that Zana uploaded from Scorpios showed a remarkably similar scene, including the distinctive lights on the palm trees.
Exhibit two: In the same Instagram gallery, Zana posted a video of herself aboard a small boat-for-two with distinctive quilted furniture.

And exhibit three: William uploaded a snap of him holding hands with a woman wearing a distinctive ring.
Lo and behold, it matched a ring Zana was wearing as she dined at Scorpios.
While Zana’s gallery was uploaded in July and William’s posts were shared in September, it’s pretty obvious the photos were taken at the same time.
It would seem Zana prefers to post contemporaneously whereas William likes to wait a while to share his holiday snaps.
It’s unclear how the couple met, but they do share a mutual friend: conservative firebrand and Sky News after-dark host Rita Panahi.
Zana and Gianni’s split has been the talk of the town since they called it quits last year.
Once considered a Brighton golden couple following their appearance on My Kitchen Rules in 2016, the exes are now locked in what has been called a ‘messy’ divorce.
They also have new partners, with Zana seeing William while Gianni is dating a pretty brunette named Gracie Stewart, who bears a striking resemblance to his ex-wife.

As one talkative neighbour put it, ‘Honestly, get these two on The Real Housewives of Brighton. The drama writes itself.’
The former MKR ‘villains’ are believed to have quietly called time on their marriage last year, but insiders say things turned ‘very messy, very fast’.
‘They don’t talk unless it’s about the kids,’ a source previously told the Daily Mail.
Gianni and Zana, who wed in November 2014 on Hayman Island, share two young sons, Leo and Romeo, born in 2018 and 2020 respectively.
Zana declined to comment on her relationship with William.
