X Factor star Christopher Maloney has gone under the knife yet again after jetting to Poland for an array of cosmetic procedures.
The 45-year-old singer soared to fame when he reached the final of the ITV singing competition in 2012 but has overhauled his appearance in recent years.
For his latest round of surgery, Christopher underwent his ninth hair transplant, eighth nose job, eyebrow lift and cheek lift.
It comes four months after he underwent blepharoplasty, in which your eyelids are reconstructed and excess skin removed.
Speaking to MailOnline about his procedures, the Celebrity Big Brother star revealed that he still has more plans to go under the knife, with a trip planned to Bodrum, Turkey, in the coming weeks but he then plans to give up surgery for good.

Although surgeons had feared they would struggle to operate because of the eight nose jobs in the past had left him without any cartilage.
They had planned to use part of Christopher’s rib to support his nose, meaning he would not be able to undergo any further procedures, but were shocked to find there was enough workable cartilage left to proceed as normal.
As for his ninth hair transplant, Christopher explained: ‘I had a hair transplant because since appearing on The X Factor I had stress-induced hair loss. When my grandmother died it started to fall out pretty bad.’
He revealed that after the heartbreaking death of his father in August he began to suffer hair loss again, prompting another transplant.

‘I never thought of surgery beforehand. I did block the online trolls but they got me on the lowest part of my life. I hated myself, I hated looking at myself, I would analyse myself in mirror,’ he said.

‘I had stress-induced hair loss. It would came out in clumps before I was doing TV interviews,’ he said. ‘Towards end of show you can see the hairline is right back and trolls picked up on that.’
