WWE star Blake Monroe has shocked wrestling fans after calling Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s daughter Ava a ‘nepo baby b***h’ in a now-deleted social media post.
Monroe, who currently wrestles on WWE’s NXT program, made the jab as part of a scripted feud she’s having with Ava, who plays NXT’s general manager.
The pair are currently clashing over Monroe’s pursuit of the NXT Women’s North American title, which Ava, 24, has barred Monroe from competing for, resulting in a rivalry between the two.
After they got into a screaming match on Tuesday’s episode of NXT, Ava took to X to tell Monroe to ‘piss off’ –– which caused Monroe, 27, to respond with a savage clapback.
‘Don’t make me call daddy you power tripping nepo baby b***h,’ Monroe posted to X.

The post immediately gained traction on social media, with hundreds of wrestling fans agreeing with Monroe’s assessment of Ava –– only for the post to be quietly deleted hours later.
WWE stars often bring their on-screen feuds over to social media to keep fans engaged with storylines, but Monroe may have gone too far by bringing up Ava’s family ties.
Ava, real name Simone Johnson, has long been lambasted by wrestling fans for being a nepo baby.
‘Shame she deleted the tweet, she cooked her perfectly!’ wrote one.
‘Saying what we’re all thinking,’ wrote another. ‘Ava is absolute dogs**t at anything she does.’
‘Well she’s not wrong. Ava should have been fired a looooooooong time ago. But we all know why she’s still there,’ added a third.
Daily Mail has contacted Monroe for comment.
Ava made her on-screen debut as a wrestler on NXT back in 2022, but failed to make much of a splash on the show.

Despite having little impact, the ingénue was announced as NXT’s new on-screen general manager in 2023, which ensured that she would appear on television each week.
Being just 22-years-old at the time, she was the youngest general manager in the show’s history.
Her promotion to general manager came around the same time that her Hollywood star father joined the board of directors of WWE’s parent company, TKO.
In addition to his acting career, Johnson is of course one of the most successful WWE stars to ever compete in the ring.
The eight-time WWE World Champion comes from a long line of wrestling royalty: his father is the legendary Rocky Johnson and his grandfather is wrestling trailblazer Peter Maivia.

Despite the backlash that Ava has received, Johnson has publicly stated that his daughter received no help from him in advancing her career.
‘I’m so proud of her,’ he said at the premiere of his film The Smashing Machine.
He insisted that Ava wanted to ‘carve her own path’ in the business and that she never relied on him for a legup.
‘It’s easy for any kid who wants to come up and do what their parents are doing to utilize the influence, but I’m telling you, it never happened, I never got that call,’ he stressed.
The Rock has insisted that he never helped Ava out with her career, despite wrestling fans claiming that her famous family has helped her rise through the ranks at NXT
While Monroe is just three years older than Ava, the London-born performer already has an impressive wrestling resume that dwarfs Johnson’s daughter.
She spent several years on the independent circuit in the UK before competing in Japan’s World Wonder Ring Stardom.
She then made her way to AEW in 2023, where she became the AEW Women’s World Champion.
In 2024, ESPN and Pro Wrestling Illustrated both ranked her as one of the top stars in women’s wrestling.
She then signed with NXT, where she won the NXT Women’s North American Championship from Sol Ruca.
