A Playboy model has revealed breast milk is the secret behind her flawless complexion.
Katie Flowers, from Los Angeles, said her skin has never been better since replacing her expensive face creams with breast milk she gets straight from her friend.
‘My skincare is 60% hydration, 30% chaos, and 10% breast milk. Don’t be mad at the math,’ she told Daily Mail this week.
The US star, who has made a name for herself as a sex-positive influencer, said her new skincare routine started as a dare and has quickly become a ritual.
Katie was gifted glass bottles by a female friend who was pumping, and the cover girl now keeps them stored in her fridge as a daily beauty treatment.
‘She was already producing, and I was curious. So we bottled some up and I went home and put it on my face like it was La Mer,’ Katie explained.

La Mer is a high-end skincare line with products worth hundreds of dollars for a single pot.
‘I tried it as a joke. Now I have a glow that makes dermatologists suspicious. It’s warm, weird, and a little bit wonderful,’ Katie said.
‘The next morning? Smooth. Glowy. No breakouts. Just vibes.
‘They want you to pay AU$423 for snail slime and placenta cream. I use what the female body already made.’
Katie said her friends didn’t believe her at first, with some of them thinking she was trying to prank them.
‘People clutch their pearls when I talk about breast milk. But if it came in a designer jar with French writing, they’d be slathering it on their foreheads by now,’ she said.
She went on to insist she has no interest in selling breast milk to others as a skincare line and doesn’t recommend it to others who may be curious.
‘It’s not a product. It’s a phase. Or maybe a kink. Either way, it’s mine,’ she said, adding that the backlash she received mostly comes from men.

‘Women get it. We’re used to touching our bodies and using what we’ve got. It’s men who get weird,’ she said.
‘But those same men drink pre-workout that glows in the dark, so I’m not taking skincare advice from them.’
The blonde beauty hasn’t stopped at breast milk, as the model said she is open to experimenting with all kinds of skincare treatments.
‘If it keeps working, it stays. Breast milk, snail slime, bee venom—I’ll try it all,’ she said.
‘Lately I’ve even been putting bone marrow on my skin. Straight from the butcher. It’s giving primal. It’s giving prehistoric. And somehow, it’s also giving glow.’
Katie is a relationship coach by trade, calling herself a real-life Hitch in reference to the matchmaking character played by Will Smith in the film of the same name.
She featured on the cover of Playboy Sweden and the cover of FHM in 2024.
